We have a secure future with 100 percent placement. We get respect from people for being a doctor.
Placements: 100 percent of students are placed. Package is not by company; we are given a government job and license for practice. The government is recruiting us. All students get internships. Our course offers us to be a doctor. We have a very secure future as we get a stipend of 32,000 per month. After completing 1 year of internship, we get house staff, which gives us around 55 thousand per month. So we have a secure life.
Infrastructure: We get awesome facilities and infrastructure in our college. We have advanced labs. We have a modern classroom with a projector and smart board. We have Wi-Fi availability and a charging point. Our hostel is also awesome. We have coolers for cans and clean water. We have a big playground in front of the hostel where intercollegiate cricket and football are held. We have a separate badminton court also. Our hostel also has a carrom board for cars. Our mess is highly hygienic. Mess provides us with a lot of variety of delicious and tasty food. Our college is a hospital, so medical facilities are extremely advanced.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified as they are selected by government exams. They all have a minimum master's degree to a maximum Ph.D. degree. All completed their thesis. They teach us by projector and smart board, so their teaching is extremely qualified. It is a professional course. It prepares the students for the health industry. The secondary exam is tough, but the pass percentage is high.
Other: I chose this course as the future is secure. Uses of artificial human body structure improve our course. We get a scholarship of 1 lac per year. It is extremely near the Sealdah station, so connectivity is extremely strong. Extra curriculum activities are provided here. We have an annual college fest named Ecstasy.

A review of Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College And Hospital.
Placements: Most students opt for higher studies after their MBBS, taking the NEET PG or INICET exams to study MD or MS. Otherwise, you can work as a housestaff in the same or another college. The college provides internships to all students in its associated hospital, with a monthly stipend of Rs 30000.
Infrastructure: There are over 10 different buildings housing the different departments. The labs in every department are well equipped as well as well furnished and mordernized. We also have a central library covering an area of 4000 square meters, which can hold over 400 students at a time. Every room is fully air conditioned. Apart from these, we have a playground, a couple of badminton courts, a table tennis room and many more places where we can refresh ourselves as well as practice our hobbies. We also have a beautiful lake, which helps us rejuvenate ourselves after a hectic day. The hostel is well furnished with every necessity of its inmates. It has 2 elevators, 2 washing machines per floor and a gym room. We can also use any electrical appliances, like induction ovens, hair straightners and many more. The food here is pretty decent, with a variety of options.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified. Most of them are renowned personalities and experts in their fields, and the professors leave no stone unturned to give us the best resources as well as the best quality of education.
The new competency-based curriculum not only provides us with theoretical knowledge but also gives us practical exposures.
The semester exams are pretty standard. Thankfully, most of the students pass it and there are also a number of university rank holders.

Review Written by a Nilratanite
Placements: Students of every year have a paid internship program after the final year exam, earning around 30k-40k per month during the internship. After completing the internship and receiving their registration number, students are able to become house staff in hospitals. Every single student passing the final year professional exam will get the internship.
Infrastructure: The departments are well-equipped, and the laboratories are coordinated for various diagnostic work. The library is well-equipped with plenty of books, and borrowing books from the library is easy and swift. The canteen offers pocket-friendly prices with good food, and the departments are well-planned for coordination with others.
Faculty: The faculty members are helpful and friendly, always willing to share their knowledge to educate us and make us good doctors. The college conducts three semester exams and an annual professional exam, which helps students get promoted from one year to the next.
Other: The annual fest, educational and extracurricular events, and different indoor and outdoor games are the best refreshments.

One of the best medical colleges in West Bengal.
Placements: Placement is the same as any government college in West Bengal under WBUHS. You get around 30k during an internship per month, and this goes up to 40k if you can do a housestaffship after completing your MBBS degree.
During MD/MS, you can get 60k and above depending on your branch, be it medicine or surgery, and that will depend upon your NEET PG/NEXT rank.
Infrastructure: Since it is a government hospital, infrastructure is not as good as in private hospitals, but everything necessary to become a good doctor is available. Specially there are dedicated buildings for most of the departments, which are only present in the top 4-5 medical colleges in West Bengal.
There is a football field present with a floodlight, and it is the biggest ground in any government medical college.
Also, in view of cultural activities, there are cultural festivals held every year and cultural events going on throughout the year.
Faculty: You can take help from teachers personally, and there is no question of the quality of teachers since it is among top 3 medical colleges in West Bengal.
Course curriculum is one of the best, resulting in one-digit ranks in NEET PG.
Semester exams are standard; one needs to study to pass, and the passing percentage is 50%.
Other: Government medical colleges are too cheap, but only choose this course if you want to learn and serve the needy, not because of the money back.
There are loads of extracurricular activities: carrom, cricket, football, dance, singing, instruments, taekwondo, etc.

NRS saviour of poor India .
Placements: As there is nothing like placement in case of MBBS or medical related course, but there is internship which is compulsory for everyone and you will get approximately 28k and house stuffship after passing out MBBS you may or may not join it salary is avg to GD but it's hard to get as it depends on your professional exam results.
Infrastructure: Library and theory classrooms are well developed. Practical equipments are also good but these colleges are still following the old school technical machines and equipments so some new developed machines are not present for practical but it's enough for studies. NRS have a playground of its own.
Faculty: In medical field professor and faculty are not stable they are changing all the time as they are in government service. NRS means exams, exams means NRS as MBBS Is very much tough NRS is going to make you very busy in this tough syllabus. There are some problems in MBBS curriculum but as you know that MBBS curriculum is made by NMC and WBUHS in west Bengal so it's irrelevant to college.
Other: It's one of the leading college in west Bengal. And one of the busiest hospital in west Bengal. Feel free to choose NRS but don't be too much excited to enjoy life after cracking NEET because MBBS is a very tough course.

Infrastructure awesome, lifestyle awesome.
Placements: In medical college, there is no placement happening. All of them are get internship in 5th year at stipend 28k. After that almost all students get house stafship from same college or other colleges or hospital. Many students prepare for NEET PG after MBBS completion. They may take a drop after MBBS course as there are opportunities to do MD MS etc. degree through NEET PG exam. After getting a MBBS certificate they are allowed to open a clinic .
Infrastructure: There are free Wi-Fi available at hostel. Library, and classroom are also very big. Infrastructure is awesome. Hostels are quite good. Canteen, dining room is very big as compare to other medical college. Hostel is awesome, nice garden are present. And a very big sports ground also present where many competition like intra inter college competition football, cricket occurred.
Faculty: Teachers are highly knowledgeable, qualified, and helpful. But teachers teaches very fast we don't cope up with this speed because syllabus is very vast. But in practical, teachers are very serious they teach very slowly. Course is relevant. Semester exams are tough as compare to final mb exam. Almost 85-90 percentage student pass. Teacher are very serious here they take viva exam after each chapter end. Here is high pressure and high competition in study.
Other: I choose doctor for two reasons. One to become financially stable and another it's a novel profession through this profession I help poor needy people.

No, there are no chances of selection in B.Sc. Nursing at NRS Medical College and Hospital just due to the marks obtained at the WBCHSE exam, the general merit list is mostly based on the score of the JENPAS (UG) entrance test administered by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB
