Candidates must pass Intermediate examination of UP Board or Class 12 level examination from any recognised board/ university with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate) in total of required subject combination (2 compulsory and 1 optional subject) to apply for BTech programme at NIET Greater Noida.

NIET Greater Noida has a seat capacity of 360 for the BTech in CSE course. Candidates are admitted as per the sanctioned intake and performance in accepted exam. • Candidates must have passed class 12 in 2023, 2024 or appearing in 2025.
• There is no minimum percentage required to appear in JEE Main however, candidates must secure a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or get admission in IITs, NITs or IIITs. 
• Candidates must have Mathematics as a compulsory subject in class 12.
• There is no age limit to apply for JEE Main.

NIET Noida BTech CSE syllabus includes theory and practical subjects. It includes a three weeks compulsory induction as well. During the summer break, an internship of 3-4 weeks has to be done. Some of the departmental electives are:
