NSHM, Durgapur—one of the best institutions for engineering.
Placements: Around 95% of students from our batch and course got placement offers. The highest CTC offered was 6 LPA, the lowest CTC was 3 LPA, and the average CTC was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies for this course were Valeo Lighting, Byju's, Midsole Limited, GE Power, Tata Power, Shyam Steel, L & T etc. About 35-45 students from every class get an internship at Tata Power, Shaym Steel, and L & T. The top role offered was the project manager.
Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is awesome. We have large classrooms with free Wi-Fi and projectors set up. The library is stocked with all types of books. The laboratory has modern equipment. The hostel canteen serves tasty and sanitary food; the water supply is adequate, and the living rooms are well-organized and clean. The medical treatment facility is good in the college clinic. Apart from that, we have a large playground and a gym.
Faculty: The faculty at our college have M.Tech degrees, while some of them have PhD degrees. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their teaching methods and course curriculum are highly relevant to the industries. Students need to study the whole semester and attend regular classes to pass the exams.
Other: I want to start my own venture in the future and I am also looking for a job in a core electrical company. The best thing about this course is that here we learn electrical engineering in depth. Currently, I do not think any changes are needed in this course. Events and fests are organised after every semester. "Asha-Jyoti Prakalpa" is a college scholarship programme for students from low-income families with a minimum grade point average of 75% in class 12.

This college is average, and the placements needs to be improved.
Placements: Around 10% of students are placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the lowest salary pacakge offered is 1.5 LPA. On-campus, there are no good companies came just a few of them are good which have a decent package. Campus pooling is common in our college.
Infrastructure: Our course is relevant to what the industry-relevant. Our courses need to be upgraded. Faculty members in our college are good and supportive but our department lacks faculty members. Library, cafeteria, canteen all are good. In sports, no such very much exposure is given but enough.
Faculty: I would rate it 3 stars, because of the faculty members. Faculty members are doing their job great. The course curriculum is not relevant to what the industry needs at present. Semesters held six months gap. It is neither hard nor easy for the students.
Other: I opted for this course, because of my keen interest in the field of electronics. It has both sides IT or core domain.

Our college is very good, and teachers are also very helpful. I recommend joining here.
Placements: Almost 80% of the students got placed in our college. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. The highest salary package offered is 5.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Almost 60% of the students got internships.
Infrastructure: All the things are available in our college which is generally required for students. The quality of food served in the canteen is also good. The food is healthy to eat and many sports are there which you can play in your free time, and medical facility is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. In the ECE course, the exam difficulty rate is high but if you study well the difficulty rate will decrease. The pass percentage is 60%. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. We have lab sessions every week.
Other: Good events are held here.

Placements: In our college, placements are offered to students. If their CGPA is greater than 6, then they can participate in college placements. The average salary package offered ranges from 3.5-4 LPA. The highest salary package offered ranges from 8-12 LPA. Our college also provides an internship opportunity. An internship is offered by companies like Amazon and Internshala. In our college, every student can do one internship.
Faculty: All faculty members in our college are well-educated. In every department, there are 10-18 PhD holders. All faculty members did their masters from the best universities. There are well-experienced staff members.

It is one of the great colleges in our locations.
Placements: Almost 90% of students from our course get placed. The highest salary package offered is 13.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA in our course. Top recruiting companies like Aditya Birla, Capgemini, etc., visit our college for placements. About 50% of students from our course get an internship in companies like Capgemini and TCS.
Infrastructure: Everything is top-notch here. The hostel facility is too good. Everything is clean here. Wi-Fi facility is available for everyone. Labs and classrooms are good and clean. Medical facilities are also good. The food served in the hostels is good and hygienic.
Faculty: Every teacher is good and helpful. They helped us with everything. They tell us not to give up on anything. Every teacher's teaching quality is good. Semester exams are not too much difficult, and normal questions are asked by them.
