| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidate should have passed in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject taken together with above mentioned percentage for General category and 40% in case of reserved category in 10+2 from a recognized Board/University. Candidate who have passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) with at least 45% marks in case of General category and 40% in case of reserved category are also eligible to apply. Candidate who has passed Physics, chemistry and Mathematics in his/ her Diploma Course, then his/ her Diploma is equivalent to 10+2(Non-Medical). |

| B.Ed | Candidates must have obtained minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST candidates of Haryana State only) either in the Bachelor Degree and /or in the Master's Degree or any other Qualification recognized as equivalent in order to take admission to the programme. In case an applicant has done the Master Degree also after graduation Degree, the higher percentage of marks scored in either of the two will be taken into consideration while making the merit. Candidates with compartment will not be allowed for admission in B.Ed. (Regular Course) under any circumstances. One year PG Diploma in any stream will not be considered equal to Master's degree. The requirement of 50% marks shall not apply to persons appointed as teachers prior to the commencement of the National Council for Teacher Education. |
