PGIMER Placement Overview 2024
nbsp;As per PGIMER NIRF report 2024, the median package offered during PG 2-year and PG 3-year placements 2023 stood at INR 9 LPA and INR 18 LPA, respectively. Further, a total of 60 students were placed out of 70 students during PG 2-year placements whereas 200 students were placed and 35 students opted for higher studies out of 250 students during PG 3-year placements 2023.
Earlier, the NIRF report 2023 is out. According to the report, 40 PG (2-year) and 165 PG (3-year) students were placed during PGIMER Chandigarh placements 2022. Further, the median package offered to PG (2-year) and PG (3-year) students during 2022 placements was INR 8 LPA and INR 17 LPA, respectively.

PGIMER Chandigarh offers seven BSc specialisations in the field of paramedical science. These courses enable students to make a career in the field of paramedics. The salary of a paramedic depends on the job profile and respective individual skillset. PGIMER Chandigarh offers various medical courses at the UG, PG, Advanced Masters, Doctorate, and Post Doctorate levels. BSc is one of the flagship courses provided at the institute. The total tuition fee for the BSc course is around INR 1K as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is, however, subject to changes and hence, is indicative. The course is provided across specialisations including Nursing, Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology, among others.
The application fee for all the courses is INR 1,000 for the general category and for the SC/ST candidates it is Rs 800 (except for MD/MCh which is Rs 1000 for all the categories). PGIMER application process is completely online. All the applicants who wish to apply to any of the courses offered by PGI Chandigarh can register online and pay the fee.
