I got 40.1429697 percentile in JEE Mains OBC category. Can I get a seat in PSIT through counselling? I have home state quota.

With just 40 percentile in JEE Main OBC, PSIT Kanpur is kinda out of reach.its OBC closing rank usually lies in the 8–10 lakh range. Even with home state quota, you’d need a much better rank.
