PSG College of Technology review 2026.
Placements: Placement support is provided to all students in the college. However, higher-package placements are solely based on the course you take. Streams like IT, CSE, and Robotics are provided with higher packages than other courses. They also provide guidance to prepare for GATE for students who are not interested in placements.
Infrastructure: The college has Wi-Fi access all around the campus and hostel. The hostel facility is neither good nor bad. They encourage events conducted by various clubs on our campus. Classrooms are maintained neat and clean. Labs can be accessed at any time with permission from the in-charge staff.
Faculty: The curriculum followed in the college is provided by Anna University, Chennai. It is required to obtain above 50% in the total of internal and theory semester exams to pass. For the first 6 semesters, the marks distribution is 40 internal, 60 semester theory. For the 7th and 8th semesters, it is 60 internal, 40 theory.

Best college for M.Sc. in applied Mathematics.
Placements: While many students choose to pursue higher education, about 60 percent of students are recruited on campus. The smallest package is 4 LPA, while the largest is 22 LPA. Companies like Cipla and Siemens are the hiring firms. About 30 percent of students are able to secure internships at prestigious companies.
Infrastructure: There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the college. The department has its own library, and the labs are equipped with hygienic, well-maintained equipment. Hostel facilities are good. Most issues are promptly resolved by the administration, and the food in the canteen and mess is excellent.
Faculty: The teachers effectively convey concepts and are experts in their fields. Students are adequately equipped to work in industries thanks to the relevance of the course curriculum. Although semester exams are challenging, students can succeed with the necessary effort.

The honest review of PSG College of Technology.
Placements: Almost 90 percent of our seniors are placed in good companies. The highest package is 27 LPA, the lowest package is 5 LPA, and the average package is 10 LPA to 12 LPA. The companies that visited our college, that is, TCS, Microsoft, Deloitte, Amazon, Wipro, Zomato, etc. Every student got an internship. There are 2-6 months of internship provided by the placement cell, which is very helpful.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average in my college, but there is good equipment in the labs and the library. The hostel is also average compared to other colleges. They provide double-sharing rooms, triple-sharing rooms, and four-sharing rooms, but the food is average. I am from Andhra. I didn't like the food, but I came here to get placed in good company, so the students who are coming to place in good company and focusing on studies, I would strongly recommend students come here, and the sports are not as good as those at other colleges.
Faculty: The faculty members of my college are very qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching skills them is excellent. Every faculty member has earned their Ph.D. in a good college, and the relationship between student and faculty is good. Every faculty member motivates students, and the curriculum of the course is very relevant nowadays, with technology. The difficulty level of the semester exams is moderate to difficult. If a student studies work from day one, then they can get a good score in the semester.
Other: I would like to recommend this college if the student is really focused on gaining skills and getting a good placement in a good company. It is a good opportunity for him or her. The things to improve in this college are the infrastructure and the hostel, and there are no cultural events that will happen in this college. Only one first happens once a year, which is named as Axious, it happens in October, and there is no Freshers' Day.

M.E. in Embedded and Real Time Systems - Batch of 2018
5.0
5.0Placements5.0Infrastructure5.0Faculty5.0Crowd & Campus Life5.0Value for Money
Overall best College for M.E. In the embedded and real time systems course.
Placements: Almost all students were placed in our courses. The highest salary is 12 LPA to 15 LPA, which was the minimum. 90% of students received their internships. The top recruiters were Intel, Qualcomm, Robert Bosch, Texas Instruments, etc. The top roles offered were Embedded Software Engineer, Firmware Engineer, and more.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi system was awesome. Classrooms were good. The campus was awesome and clean. The campus had specially designed sports courts for basketball, volleyball, etc. The college system here was amazing, as here things are amazing, which helps us a lot. The college ensures cleanliness, and students also ensure that they do not have any problems inside the college.
Faculty: Teachers behave like friends, viewing our issues as their own and striving to provide the best solutions. I can claim the top instructors in college. They possess extensive knowledge and experience. In our curriculum, educators approach students based on professional expectations and promote proper behavior. Final exams were simple, and the passing rate was approximately 72%.

Good placements, campus, people, and a better you.
Placements: Students above 95% can easily get into our department. The highest package is 12 LPA, the average package is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 2.4 LPA. Top recruiters are Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, and Zifo. Most of the students got their internships, around 50%, with companies like Biozeen, Biocon Ltd, AIIMS, and IGIB. The jobs are related to microbiologists, research scientists, quality control, and bioanalytical techniques.
Infrastructure: There is indeed a good Wi-Fi connection, library, and all, but the labs do not have advanced machines and tools. The classrooms are good enough. The hostel is good here. Based on our preference, they provide rooms with two sharing, six sharing, etc. Medical facilities are very good here. There are lots of sports and games activities available. The mess food is really good compared to any other hostels. They provide non-veg food three days a week.
Faculty: Teaching quality is really good, and most of our teachers have completed a Ph.D., and their teaching is excellent. The course curriculum is indeed relevant and prepares students for the industry. Semester exams are a little bit tough, but we can handle them if we complete the portions regularly. The pass percentage for the semester exam is around 45/100, and most students will clear. The student pass percentage is above 85%.
Other: I wanted to study something different, other than CSE. Also, I wanted Biology in my course as I could not clear the NEET exam. The teaching includes advanced lab equipment and more practical, hands-on lab practices rather than just theory. There are lots and lots of extracurricular activities conducted by our college. There are also many clubs here where you can get to know other students and seniors in depth. Campus life is good here if you make connections with friends, and scholarships are given by our college.

My experience at this college.
Placements: Our college provides many job opportunities to students. Many well-known companies come to recruit students and offer good salary packages. There is a separate placement cell in the college to manage the placement process. Many companies visit campus for placements, such as TCS, Mahindra, Tata, Infosys, Wipro, and several banks like ICICI Bank and Axis Bank. The highest package is 22 LPA. The average package is 2.5 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, group discussions, and case study tests for the selection of students.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is very good, providing proper room facilities with both twin-sharing and separate rooms. The hostel mess serves hygienic and good-quality food. Wi-Fi is available on the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members selected for our course are top-notch and have a good command of their subjects. Both technical and management faculty members are the best in their respective fields and ensure the overall development of students' skill sets. They are very friendly. They are always help and clear doubts whenever asked. They are highly experienced in their respective fields. Semester examination system is followed, with two semesters each year. Each semester consists of a mid semester examination of 20 marks and an end semester examination of 70 marks. Marks are for assignments and attendance. The course curriculum is relevant and is fairly designed to develop students' personalities, which helps in building a better professional career. Course curriculum includes research-based projects and live projects with primary data. These help students gain industry experience in dealing with real-life situations. Webinars and seminars are also conducted to enhance knowledge.
