Students who find happiness in little things can join this college.

Placements: In civil engineering, we got various companies related to IT. Packages start from 4.5 LPA to 8 LPA. We got Accenture, Mindtree, TCS, HCL, L&T, and Zoro companies. Most of the students went for training as interns at these companies. A few are getting stipends of 20 to 30k.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is so clean and fresh. There are many staff members assigned to the cleaning department; especially, washrooms are maintained well. The water facility is good in the hostel. Wi-Fi is available 24/7; we get disturbances only when the weather conditions are not good. The library is the most peaceful spot in our college.

Faculty: Our Civil Engineering department teachers are so friendly with us. They are well-qualified; a few have doctorates, and a few are going to obtain them. They help us with projects and guide us and encourage us to participate in competitions. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are quite tough, as the papers come from Anna University, but if we know the concepts, we can pass, as the pass percentage is 50.

Other: I chose this course as I am interested in the construction and designing field. We wish our course would get more exposure related to practical knowledge and work. There are no fests as students expect, but we have a symposium every year in which we can invite students from other colleges to participate, and we can conduct various events in it, which are decent.

R. M. K. Engineering College is really the best infrastructure college.

Placements: R. M. K. Engineering College's placement was excellent in 2021, with 100% of all students placed in the civil engineering department. Our batch students were placed in well-reputed companies like Reliance Construction, Birla Groups, Tata Groups, Infosys, IBM, etc. The highest salary package was 8.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package was 2 LPA.

Infrastructure: R. M. K. Engineering College provides good classrooms with air conditioning facilities. There are more civil-related laboratories in this college. The college offers a free Wi-Fi network, and library facilities are also available. The canteen food tastes very good, with a variety of options available, while the hostel food tastes very average. Basketball ground facilities are also present in this college.

Faculty: The college teachers conduct more lectures every week; they motivate all students and are very friendly. They clear students' doubts at any time. The teachers arrange industry visits and tour programs every semester. In 2021, 98% of students passed all exams.

Other: R. M. K. Engineering College is one of the best engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. My brother is also an alumnus of this college, and he recommended it to me, which is why I joined. The fee structure is very low. The college management conducts many sports events and provides transportation facilities. Some improvements are needed in the hostel mess food.

Our college is good in terms of education.

Placements: Our college provides good placements. Many IT companies visit our college to recruit students. Many students got placed in companies like TCS, Accenture, and Cognizant. A few students got placed in core companies like Milekal, Pioneer Wincon, and Energy. The placement percentage of our college is 40%. Our college provides good training for placements.

Infrastructure: Our college has a very good library. They provide a laboratory for various experiments. Classrooms have enough space to coordinate. Around 60 students can accommodate in each classroom. The food is compulsory for day scholars and hostelers.

Faculty: Our faculty members help us to attain knowledge in our course. Our college has very good academic results in our batch and course. Semester exams are easy to clear, but the final semester exams are difficult. Around 90% of students cleared semester exams.

Other: Our college should improve placements.

It's a good college with good infrastructure, but placements in core companies are not good.

Placements: Our college has good placements in IT and CSE, but for civil, mechanical and electrical, core companies don't visit here much for placements. For IT, Zoho provided internships, and our college also provides a centre of excellence laboratories in collaboration with various companies.

Infrastructure: Our college has a green, clean and calm campus with good infrastructure. It provides good quality food in the mess. As I am a day scholar, I heard from hostel students that they would have strict rules in the hostel. Bus facilities are provided in and around Chennai.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members here are PhD holders, and coaching is also good. I studied under Anna University regulations, but now our college has changed into an autonomous institution. So, it will conduct unit and model exams, and extra classes will be provided for students who have arrears.

Other: There won't be any kind of feast and functions in our college.

The college has good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: More than 90% of the students were placed in my course. The highest salary package offered is 7 Lacs per annum, and the lowest salary package is 1.3 Lacs per annum. Internships were provided based on students' performance in exams, so the rate is 40 to 45%. Compared to other courses, my course has more government and private sector jobs.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure on our campus are really well maintained and clean. The classrooms are spacious, and the library is good. Central AC is available. Our campus is famous for food, and the people near college will also say that the food is really good. Medical facilities, sports and games are well organised.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is really good. Most of the subjects are curriculum relevant, but we need more new topics so that we can be industry-ready. Exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is more than 65%.

Other: This course offers many government jobs and also private jobs, and the best thing about this course is that you can survive with this course knowledge wherever you go. Advanced technology should be added to civil engineering to improve this course. The disadvantage is that there are only a few events, fests and extracurricular activities.

Teachers teach well, but placements are average. I am satisfied, and it is worth the money.

Placements: Placements here are good, and students got placed with average salary package. Our college assures placements for students who have at least 75% of marks in their academics, but most of the placements are from IT sectors. To get a core job, students need to have more CGPA. Our college conducts placement programs and special classes which are very much helpful during placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good, and probably most of the students joined here because of the food. The food provided here is neat and hygienic, and there is the best mess hall. All laboratories are maintained good, and COE labs are excellent in this college.

Faculty: Faculty members here are well trained and very friendly to the students. Their quality of teaching is excellent, and non-teaching staff members also work well. They not only provide coaching but also teach to meet the outer environment and ready to work in the industry. They make the students perfect.

Other: I have chosen this course because basically, civil engineering is a well-demanded course all the time. I also like to study practically. Extracurricular activities are rarely organised in this college, i.e., only once. Sports are conducted here.

Absolutely satisfied for clean environment and infrastructure and dissatisfied in lab classes.

Placements: Above 8.0 CGPA got placed in high paid core companies. Packages start with minimum of 3.25 LPA and average is 4 LPA, the highest salary paid till the date is 5.2 LPA. Nothing big roles just normal employee's. Top recruiters are software companies, this time CTS, TCS, Infosys. Who are placed in software got internship letter.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good in providing clean environment in classrooms, Central library with large volume of books, 4 PM to 6pm. Wi-Fi provided to hostelers, Labs is the main drawback because minimum facilities for lab is provided but they skip lab hours in schedule at the end of semester they just manage. Facilities in hostels are good, They provide hygiene food, twice a day clean of washrooms and continuous supply of current and water coming to sports actually sports are only for hostelers. No extra time provided in college time and hydraulic gym with large equipments.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful in giving important questions unit wise and 2 marks. Maximum all the staff in our department qualified M.E teaching quality is sour because they teach only important concepts keeping in assumptions form past years. Outcome of student will be half knowledge.

Other: I choose this course when I'm studying intermediate, Outcome of this course all round knowledge. The things I wish to update syllabus because advance technology is improving but our syllabus is like 2000 world. Events will be but with strict rules with that rules you can't feel like event, scholarships are provided above mentioned everything is doing well in that institution.

Each student should study in this campus for their future.

Placements: Almost 500 students have been placed on the campus itself. The highest package is up to 1lakh to the lowest 20k salary. For civil engineering L& T, DLF IT companies came. In 3rd year itself, the students have to go for the internship from their respective courses.

Infrastructure: The faculties are well educated with top university's in Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Andra Pradesh. The infrastructure of our campus is excellent and also the labs are cleans. Each class has the smart class. Wi-Fi is available in the hostels for the hostel students.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, and all of them are qualified from top universities like Anna University. They are very well knowledgeable. Mostly they spend the time with students more than their family members. The course curriculum relevant and it makes the students industry-ready.

Other: It's my aim, the labs are the best things. Have to concentrate on foods.
