    While not having personally attended Ramaiah Institute of Technology and Management a few key points found in honest student reviews are:

    • Placements: Around 85-90% of students were placed in the ECE branch with the highest and the lowest packages of INR 50 LPA and INR 7.6 LPA, respectively. While 10 to 15 students also got internships at top companies such as Samsung, Intel, Nokia, TI, etc.  (Ritesh - B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2027)
    • Infrastructure: While some students complain about the speed of Wi-Fi students receive connectivity across the campus while its main selling points are its labs with 60-70 systems available to students as well as Sports ground and other facilities (Ojas Jha - B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2029)

    Review about RIT and college life.
    Placements: Our college has good placements for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. For B.Tech and M.Tech students who are pass out this year, i.e., 2025. The highest placement is 48 LPA. There is one abroad placement from Dubai with a salary of Rs.5,000 AED per month.
    Infrastructure: Our college is a well-reputed one in all of Karnataka. It has good infrastructure with well-maintained canteens and dedicated labs for each department. The computers are also high-end, so the systems do not hang or slow down with the software we run. The library is well-equipped with all books, and each student has dedicated Wi-Fi access.
    Faculty: As our college is autonomous, most of our exams happen on our campus itself. The question paper is set by every student's level of understanding of the subject. Our college has a strict rule of maintaining 85% attendance for the entire semester to be eligible to write internals and semester exams.

    Genuine reaction about studying MCA in MSRIT.
    Placements: MSRIT has a total of 120 students per year for MCA, and MCA is for two years. From my seniors, who are currently passing out in 2025, only 30-40% of students get placed. A majority of them are placed in low tired companies and the remaining are waiting for placements. Some of my seniors have got internships and PPOs of 9 LPA in Fedility, Bangalore. The highest package is 17 LPA for my seniors, and the lowest package is unknown to us. A majority of roles offered are SDE and analyst.
    Infrastructure: We have a great infrastructure in MSRIT for students. The college provides supervised Wi-Fi access to students with a maximum of 2 devices per student. We also have a great library and also have access to a digital archive of those books. The library has all the prescribed books covered in our syllabus. I don't know much about hostel facilities as I stay outside the college hostel. I do have a rough idea about the price of the college hostel. It costs approximately 1 lakh per academic year. Hostel rooms are not so great, but the food is great.
    Faculty: The course curriculum of MCA is very cleverly designed and impacts a lot on students as it gives exposure to the latest technology available in the industry. Some teaching staff members do not possess the sufficient amount of knowledge required to teach students. I expect, at least next year, RIT hire good staff members.

    Review of Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
    Placements: Our college provides placements to almost 95% of the students. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA, and students are attracted to our college for career build-up. Company's standards are provided in our college with the expectation of the future.
    Infrastructure: Our college is building our career, which in return help in our concentration and knowledge build-up. All facilities such as canteen, medical, sports and events are available with education as the prime focus. Classrooms are modern and follow digital norms.
    Faculty: Industry standards are maintained here with a good connection with the companies as collaborated. Teachers are the pillars of our college who help in the career build-up of the students and are always ready to help students to achieve a greater good in life.

    A place that helps you to develop your skills.
    Placements: 1) Around 60% of students were placed from my batch. 2) The highest package offered is through Texas Instruments Inc - 11 LPA 3) Top recruiting companies were Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, Texas Instruments Inc 4) Top Roles offered were Software Developer, Data Analyst, Business Analyst 5) The highest package offered during my batch was 11 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA and Average around 5 LPA 6) During our final year project, only around 10% of students got an internship.
    Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good like high-speed Wi-Fi is provided to all students and classrooms, labs are well-equipped with the latest systems and there is a dedicated library for the department so books used in the curriculum are always available. Hostel facility is available in the college and is located on the college campus. The College canteen consists of multiple vendors to provide different variety of food and is very spacious to chill out with friends and celebrate birthdays. Sports and games are conducted by the college so people who are interested in cricket, tennis and other sports can join and participate in these events. Also, there is a dedicated sports ground near the college where sports events are conducted.
    Faculty: 1. Teachers are all Ph.D. holders and are really helpful during the classes and clear the doubts of the students. Also, they encourage the students to participate in extracurricular activities and events held in the college. 2. Yes, the course curriculum is up to date as this is an autonomous college so they connect with the industry regularly and keep the course curriculum upgraded with the latest changes according to the industry.
    Other: 1. I choose this course because I like programming and developing applications. And the best thing about MCA is you will get to learn and implement the things we learn. 2. The course is at its best but to improve the course they need to add some entrepreneurship-related subjects so that the students can learn and build their own startups. 3). Department level event and College level fest are conducted yearly. If we look at the type of students on the campus, it is a mixture of students from all different states in India and also some from abroad. And there is a scholarship provided under several different categories. Lastly, Extracurricular Activities are conducted on a very frequent basis and workshops for technical skills improvements and there is also EDC ( Entrepreneurship development cell ) in the college to provide students support to build their own startups.
