Review of Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management.

Placements: Almost 70 to 80% of students got placed in our course. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Shaporji Pallongi, Adani, HSM, Vishwaraj Pvt Ltd, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, and it is A+ ranked college. Laboratory and classrooms are well-maintained. It also provides a modern library. I am a day scholar so I do not know about hostel facilities. But I heard from friends that the hostel facilities are good. Canteen is also better, and sports activities are encouraged in our college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is better. Our course curriculum is very relevant and makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are difficult, and we have to study properly. The pass percentage is 35-42%.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in traveling and construction. The best thing about this course is the faculty members and laboratory. Few topics should have more precision if students want to pursue further studies in the future. Fests are conducted. Our campus crowd is normal. If your family income is 8 lakhs, you are eligible for the scholarships in which 50% of your tuition fee will be returned. It is the best college in Nagpur.

Big names but small vision.

Placements: The placements offered were worst. Only five students were selected for the core job out of 140, and only one core company visited the college. LnT didn't visit at all, and hopes for the jobs were IT-based jobs or computer-based jobs. Other companies which visited were Techture, Accenture, V construction and few others related to sales or marketing stuff.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is the worst for the civil branch. We have fewer classrooms ( classrooms are not bad), Only one girls' toilet is provided. The classrooms are equipped with the projectors. The Wi-Fi facility is available on campus, but there is no proper Wi-Fi for our branch, so the connection issue is troubling most of the times, but you can use the departmental library computers.

Faculty: The senior faculty members are good, but they hardly teach the second shift batch. Every semester some new teachers visit and go. But few teachers are good. There is no value for the education here. It would be best if you join some GATE classes in the second year itself for better understanding.
