Great facilities, cheerful campus life, supportive faculty and improving placements.

Placements: My college has been showing a steady growth in placements year after year. The average package currently stands around 3.7 LPA, while the highest package has gone up to 21 LPA. Placement opportunities are improving every year with more companies visiting the campus and offering diverse roles. Placement cell is also becoming more active and supportive helping students with training and guidance.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are excellent. For girls, hostels are available from the 1st year. While for boys, hostels are available from 3rd and 4th year. It has clean rooms, proper maintenance, and most importantly, the food served in mess is great and delicious. The hostel and course infrastructure are also very good, with Wi-Fi available across campus, well-conditioned labs, and a library stocked with all the necessary books. Overall, both hostel and academic infrastructure provide a very comfortable and supportive environment for students.

Faculty: Faculty members are very nice, supportive and approachable. They guide students not only in academics but also in projects and career growth. Exams are conducted strictly under CCTV surveillance ensuring full transparency and discipline and are focused on student growth.

It is the best college for me.

Placements: Average students get placement from our college. Our campus is so good. Around 60% of students get placed. Some of the students are preparing for GATE, and some students are trying for CAD. Most of the students do internships, and they get packages around 9000 to 15000. Students are satisfied.

Infrastructure: My course is mechanical engineering. It's the best course at this time, and it's the core branch. Our course package is almost 4.5 Lacs, and from 2 Lacs, our hostel fee is 15000 for six months. Hostel food is very good, and all students like it. It's available from the 3rd year.

Faculty: Our course exams are divided into two semesters. Enough teachers are in our college. Our department has a personal HOD, sir. He talks to us about the course, and he also encourages us to develop extra skills. Internships are also available from our college. It is the best college for me.

Other: Anyone who wants to study in our college should try for WBJEE.

RKMGEC review about the college life, placement and others.

Placements: Almost 35% were placed directly from college and the other 50% were placed off campus. Cognizant is recruiting the largest number of students. Site manager is the top role that was provided to us. The highest package is 6 LPA, the lowest package is 2.5 LPA, and the average package is 3.6 LPA. All the students got internship opportunities in companies like KTPS, DPS, etc.

Infrastructure: Free wi-fi is available for all students. The class room is quite big and clean. RKMGEC consists of a big library. Hostel facilities are available only for 3rd and 4th year boys and girls can take hostels from 1st year onwards. Food is the only thing where little care should be taken.

Faculty: Teachers are highly eligible and helpful. The course is very industry-relevant but a more practical class should be taken. As the college is affiliated with Makaut University, the exams are taken by the Makaut Board. But the guard during the exam is one of the best.

Other: The college is in the raising phase. In 5 years, it will give a good fight to all the top colleges in WB.

It is a good government college to pursue B.Tech.

Placements: Our college provides good placements for our batch. Many MNCs visit our college to recruit students. The highest salary package offered by Amazon is 22 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top roles offered are project engineer, junior engineer, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities. Hostels are good. The food served in the hostel is good. They provide a variety of food items. They won't provide any meals for non-hostellers. Our college provides all facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. We can go to the particular faculty if we have any doubts. They always clear our doubts. The course curriculum is relevant. Students can easily get a job in any industry after pursuing this course. Semester exams are not much difficult.

Review of Ramkrishna Mahato Government Engineering College.

Placements: Mostly, CSE and ECE branches get maximum placements. Around 90% of students get placements in our college and other core departments is around 60% to 70%. Placement cell should be improved and students are constantly putting efforts into it. The highest salary package offered is 14 LPA and the average salary package is 5 LPA to 6 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS and CTS.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good throughout the campus. Labs are enough but development is needed. Hostel facilities are good. It provides central Wi-Fi for all. Libraries are well maintained with sufficient books for academics. Medical facilities should be improved. Everything is good in our college.

Faculty: More faculty members should be provided in the research culture for further development. Professors are good and well-qualified. The course curriculum is according to the university and is the same for all colleges under MAKAUT. University needs to upgrade the course curriculum in a functional way. The pass percentage is 100%.

Other: Our college should change the location and should be near to urban places. Research culture is not good in this college. More faculty members and exposure should be provided to boost the college in every possible way.
