Review of REGENT Institute of Science and Technology.
Placements: More than 80% of students got their placements this year. The highest package acquired was nearly around 3.5 LPA, and the average packages were around 2 LPA. Each year, our college placements were getting better due to the proactive placement and training cell. Our college has tie-ups with many big and small recruiting companies like Havells, TCS, SS Infrastructure, GNB Motors, Wipro, Dhoot Transmission, Tech Berry, Cognizant, etc. Most of the students got their internships this year.
Infrastructure: Our college has one of the best infrastructures for polytechnic education. There were very advanced and specialized labs available for different subjects. Most of the classrooms were clean, and many of them were equipped with projectors for visual learning. Workshops were well-maintained and had a capacity of 20 students at a time. There were computer labs, language labs, and programming labs available for the students. A big library was also available with more than 1500 books for each stream and required journals and documents. Hostels were available, cleaned routinely, and facilities were good and well-maintained. The food in the cafeteria was very tasty, and a variety of items were present. Sports equipment was provided by the college, and medical facilities were available.
Faculty: Our teachers were our inspirations; most of them were highly educated and well-experienced professionals. Their teaching was very good, and practical classes were very much understandable. Most of the faculty members were very friendly and helpful. Our course curriculum is relevant and makes the students ready for the industry. Our semester exams were easy, and the passing percentage was nearly 60%.
Other: Regular fairs and industry visits were organized by the college. The library was well-stocked, and guest lectures and outbound training were also very good. Annual events and programs were organized each year.

Best Polytechnic college within affordable feels.
Placements: Each year, most of our students were placed. This year, around 80% of students from our course were placed either on our campus or from outside. The average packages received were around 2 LPA, and the highest packages received were nearly 3.2 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course were COGNIZANT, TECH BERRY, SS INFRASTRUCTURE, DHOOT TRANSMISSION, IBM, WIPRO, TATA STEEL, etc. Internships play an important role in this technical field; most of the students from our course got their internships on time, which helped them in their future endeavors.
Infrastructure: Our college boasts one of the best technical facilities and infrastructure among polytechnic colleges near Kolkata. Advanced and well-equipped labs and workshops play an important role in a student's career, and our college labs are very advanced. Different labs are available within the campus. Classrooms are spacious and clean, with Wi-Fi facilities available, though not accessible to students. Additionally, language rooms, computer labs, and a well-stocked library with valuable books and journals are available. Hostel facilities are provided and well-maintained. The canteen offers good-quality food. Other amenities, such as a gym complex and sports and game equipment, are also available. Medical facilities are provided in case of any difficulties.
Faculty: Most of the teachers and faculty members of our institution are well-educated and experienced. They are very friendly and helpful by nature. Their teaching quality is very good and easy to understand. Practical sessions and discussions are organized sometimes, which are very helpful. Our course curriculum is relevant and prepares the students for the industry. Our semester exams are not easy; you have to study hard for better grades. The average passing percentage is around 60%.
Other: Outbound training, guest lectures, seminars, industry visits, etc. are often organized by our college. Annual programs and other cultural events are also organized each year. Scholarships are available.

Placements: 85% of students secured placements this year, with most finding jobs based on their eligibility. The highest packages reached 3.5 LPA, while the average stood at nearly 2.4 LPA. Our college collaborates with various recruiters such as TCS, TECH BERRY, COGNIZANT, CAPGEMINI, DHOOT TRANSMISSION, L&T, IBM, WIPRO, SS INFRASTRUCTURE, and GNB MOTORS. Around 90% of students secured internships this year.
Infrastructure: Our college is one of the best technical institutions in West Bengal. The college infrastructure is well-maintained and modern, boasting over 15 well-equipped and advanced labs and workshops for students. The classrooms are clean and tidy, with additional facilities such as training rooms, language rooms, a gym complex, and Wi-Fi. A spacious library within the campus offers a wide array of books and journals. Hostel facilities are available but require proper maintenance. The canteen provides good-quality and affordable food. Faculty: Our teachers and other faculty members were very helpful. They were well-educated and qualified. If you face any problems, whether educational or non-educational, just ask them for help; they will assist you until it's resolved. Their teaching was easy to understand and beneficial for us. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares most students for the industry. The semester exams at our college were not too tough; the passing percentage was around 60%.
Other: I chose this course because there were big opportunities in the future in this technical field. The campus crowd and student connectivity were good enough. Scholarships were available.

Best part is that the college has low fees.
Placements: Placement percentages in big companies are not so high—around 60%. But for local companies, placement is good. The highest package is 4.5 lakh per year, and the lowest is 2.5 lakh per year. Top recruiting companies are NextGen, Whitehat, JIS, etc. 80% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Wi-fi is only for faculty members. Labs are clean, big, and have all the equipment. Classrooms are average. A well-stocked library is present. Hostel authorities are very strict. College food is very good and low in price. Medical facilities are available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful; they provide us with full support and guidance in every step. They are very knowledgeable and qualified. This course curriculum is ready for industry. Semester exams are moderate and study hard to pass. Our pass percentage is 50%.

Teachers are good as per the course the teachers are skillful.
Placements: As per budget, the college provides good company, but the point is they provide local companies. These companies provide 8000- 20,000 per month salary. As per company big companies always take some High qualified and gradation students with good package of salary.
Infrastructure: Labs are good with very well management by teacher/professional so that the machine are used daily in working day. Both mess and canteen are good and hostel facility are excellent. In campus, canteen is available.
Faculty: Teachers are good as per the course the teachers are skillful. Teachers helped students in developing their skill and knowledge about the course and subject.
Teachers behave nicely to the students from other states.
Other: I chose this course because of personal interest; I would suggest all the upcoming engineering students to take course as per choice and capabilities. Tech fest is always good. Campus is excellent. Scholarships are available (search in google you will get more information example -Swami Vivekananda).
