Most of the students opted for higher studies due to which they didn't sit for placements, and some students opted for entrepreneurship or jobs outside the campus.

Review of Satyawati College.
Placements: Not many placement opportunities are available. Mainly students from my course go for masters and UPSC after 3rd year. 4th year is optional for now. Placement fairs do happen but it's mostly for internships. No big companies come here to hire students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and it has everything a college should have, including a gym where no one goes but it's there. Now classrooms have smart boards also. Sports grounds and an auditorium are available. The canteen is available with decent food. The roof for changing out and decent class and the condition of college also depends on the principal.
Faculty: Faculty is good at least in my course. They are always available to help and let students understand topics. They are regular and expect students to be regular at least in morning college. Assignments need to be submitted on time. Teachers are strict and frank at the same time.
Other: Economics Hons is considered one of the prestigious courses of Delhi University. Students do get opportunities after passing out. The crowd of the college is decent after CUET has come.

I am dissatisfied with the facilities.
Placements: The college provides business development associate roles, marketing roles, and HR roles. All of the roles are not that impressive. We did have companies like Wipro, Byjus, and Paytm for recruitment though. If you have a good profile they can offer other roles too.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very dirty. The college does not have a hostel facility. The library is good. Labs are good but half of the monitors are not functional. Wi-Fi does not work. The auditorium of our college is one of the best in the DU, that's the thing where I'll appreciate the college. Our college has one plus point it has a good sports team.
Faculty: It depends on the faculty. Some teachers put in a lot of effort, while others do not seem to try at all. One aspect that irritates me is that teachers never take responsibility for their faults. Whenever they fail to teach properly, they only blame the students. They can be very careless, such as when they assign incorrect marks for students’ internals and then don’t bother to correct them.
Other: I chose economics hons basically because of the only reason that I loved economics.

This is an above-average college and better than other off-campus colleges.
Placements: The highest package is 12 LPA, the average is 7 LPA, and the lowest is 5 LPA. Top roles offered in this course are Sales and Accountant. Around 50-60% of students secure internships during their course. Companies like ICICI Bank, PwC, and some startups in Delhi NCR offer internships.
Infrastructure: The labs and classrooms are average. Library is good. There are sports facilities like cricket and badminton. Overall, all the things are decent. The college does not have an on-campus hostel, so many outstation students stay in nearby PG accommodations or rented apartments.
Faculty: All the professors are highly qualified, as the college is affiliated with Delhi University. So, the standard of education is very high, and the faculty members are quite good. The Economics + OMSP is also a very good course, it consists of economics analysis and business management, which is a very good combination. The course curriculum is quite theoretical and not practical. Semester exams are moderate. Overall, the difficulty level of the paper is not that tough according to the graduation.

Faculty members are good. I would recommend it to others as well.
Placements: The best-underrated college on north campus with lots of events that add value to your CVs and good internship opportunities. The dedication and commitment demonstrated by the placement team in bringing reputed companies to our campus have significantly contribute to shaping our future.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is nice, with lots of plants. I feel privileged to be in this college. Infrastructure is good, from well-designed academic buildings to modern amenities everything is just commendable. Classrooms are well-equipped and one of the best auditorium is appreciated by many.
Faculty: Faculty members are approachable and helpful too. Their dedication and knowledge are just commendable. Each professor brings a unique teaching style, making complex concepts easier for students to understand and fostering a love for learning that is appreciable.
Other: This is the most hyped course. The best thing is experience.

Our college is above average.
Placements: According to my opinion, I think that placement is less in our college because Satyawati College is off-campus. Almost all placements are for B.Com and B.Com (Hons) students. I think that this is what you want to change and the rest of our college is fine.
Infrastructure: In my opinion, the infrastructure is worse than what I think, and this college is giving me. As we talk about the water coolers and washrooms, the water coolers are enough, but the supply of water is very less, as it takes 3 to 4 minutes to fill, and the washroom taps are not working.
Faculty: In this case, my college is fine as the teachers take care of students and pay attention to what they are doing and what not. For that thing, I personally like, as the teachers take regular CA students to check whether they are studying or not.

Q:   Can I get into Satyawati College without CUET?
ShikshaGPT says
A:

No, Satyawati College admission to all the courses, i.e., undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, is entrance-based. While this DU-affiliated college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BS, BCom and BSc, admission to all the postgraduate courses is subject to the CUET- PG exam starting admission 2023. Satyawati College along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to undergraduate was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU.
