Saveetha Engineering College Admission 2026: Selection, Eligibility, Fee,

The TNEA 2026 dates will be announced in May 2026. Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu will release the application process for TNEA 2026.

Candidates can check the important TNEA 2026 dates like registration dates, random number release dates, Certificate verification dates, rank list release dates and counselling dates. The counselling rounds will include steps like Choice Filling, Allotment, Confirmation of Allotment, and Reporting to the College/TFC and payment of fees.

10+2 passed/appearing candidates can apply for TNEA counselling. Admission will be based on marks obtained by the candidates in the relevant subjects, namely, Maths Physics and Chemistry which will be reduced to 200 (Maths 100, Physics 50 and Chemistry 50).

Anna University exam dates change every year. In the past two exam sessions, Anna University has been conducting the TANCET exam in March for MBA and MCA courses. Anna University maintained the exam schedule in line with the previous session. The complete schedule, including answer key release and result dates, was announced in due course.

Students seeking to get into Saveetha Engineering College need to fulfil the eligibility and selection criteria before applying. As admissions are primarily done through single-window counselling conducted either by TNEA or Consortium of Self Financing Professional, Arts and Science Colleges. Students need to provide certain documents, the list of which are as following:

• Duly attested photocopies of certificates for proof of qualification (Class 10 standard or equivalent, Class 12 or equivalent, undergraduate & postgraduate mark sheets of all semesters and degree certificates)
• Community certificate (if applicable)
• Appointment order, Joining Report, Service certificate and NOC from the employer (If employed)
• A brief one page write up on the Research topic chosen and duly signed by the Supervisor, Joint Supervisor (if any) and the candidate
• Full-time SC/ST candidates should produce an original community certificate at the time of admission to claim Tuition fee exemption

Students pursuing a course from Saveetha Engineering College can get fee concession via Government of India. The government grants tuition fee concession to aspirants who are the first graduate in family as well as those who are attending counselling and have joined a professional course in government-aided and self-financing Engineering Colleges. 

AICTE Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme is also available to students in n Self-Financing Engineering Colleges and Self-Supporting courses in Government-aided engineering colleges.
