Review of Shree Swami Atmanand Saraswati Institute of Technology.
Placements: I am currently pursuing B.Tech in Information Technology at Shree Swami Atmanand Saraswati Institute of Technology (SSASIT), Surat, and belong to the 2024-2028 batch. Around 70-80% of students are successfully placed through campus recruitment. The highest package offered is approximately 10 LPA, and the average package ranges between 3.5-4 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course include TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, L&T Infotech, Tatvasoft, and Yudiz Solutions, etc. About 60-70% of students also secured internships in reputed companies such as Simform, Cybercom, and local startups in Surat.
Infrastructure: In SSASIT, there is a canteen, a big grass garden outside the college, but inside the campus. There is a library in which a computer is also provided. All-around Wi-Fi and a sports ground are also provided. Classrooms are big and spacious with enough ventilation. There is a digital TV for teaching.
Faculty: The teacher-student bonding is very good. Teachers are helpful. They review students' work and encourage students to participate in the field-related competitions to gain some experience. Teachers are very experienced and are reviewed regularly. Students are required to give reviews of teachers at the end of every semester.

I am satisfied with it. It is a good place.
Placements: In our college, the placement ratio is 70%. The highest package is 3 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.80 LPA. The average package is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Narola Infotech, Satvam Infotech, and Vasundhara Infotech. Many other Infotech companies also provide placements in our college, which helps students.
Infrastructure: Our college does not provide hostel facilities. The college facilities and infrastructure are average. There are Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. In our college, there are many facilities and a sports section. We have a canteen for lunchtime, and students can hang out there.
Faculty: Teaching quality is moderate. The course curriculum is good to prepare students for the industry. Exams are taken by the GTU, so it's good for students. Semester exams are difficult to pass because the course is tough. Faculty members are good, so they can be easy.

    A glimpse of my college.
Placements: 80% of students are placed every year. The highest package is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 LPA. The top recruiter companies are Wipro, TCS, and Accenture. 30% of students get placed in internships, mostly in IT. The top role offered in my course is supervisor in a company.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are enough to be satisfied in our course. We have a smart board facility in our classroom, and we have a practical lab facility for our course, which helps to understand topics very clearly. We also have Wi-Fi, but for limited use only, and we also have a library. We don't have a hostel in our college.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and also qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is amazing. They help students in every aspect and never hesitate to help. The course curriculum is also the best, and in four years, I think they will make students ready for the industry. The difficulty level of semester exams is normal, not very hard or very easy.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering because I have an interest in it. The best thing about this course is you can get a variety of machine knowledge. I think the college should add more practicals in our lab for our course.

I am absolutely satisfied because of the faculty and good placements in 2020.
Placements: The percentage of students who get placed in my college is about 50%. The highest package is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course are Wipro, Infosys, and TCS. The internship is about 100%. All students get internships here. The top roles offered are developer, manager, and software engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is the best I can say. All facilities are provided in the college. The hostel is not available on the campus, so we can stay in the PGs near the college. The college has all labs with all the standard systems.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful, qualified, knowledgeable, and the best in the industry. The teaching quality is based. The course curriculum is very relevant as hackathons are there, and the competition of coding also takes place. Semester exams are not that difficult, and the pass percentage is 33%.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in coding and in the software industry. The best thing about my course is that I can work remotely in the country and also worldwide. I can say the need for improvement is the implementation of AI, which is most necessary.

If students live in Surat and don't want to move to another city, then it's a good college for them.
Placements: The placement ratio for my college is 3:15. The highest package offered in my college is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 LPA. Among my seniors, I have seen that about 30% of students are able to get internships in their native place of Surat. In my course, I got a chance to learn computer structure, data structure, algorithms, Python, and Java, like programming languages.
Infrastructure: At SSASIT, there are facilities like labs, classrooms with smart boards, and a library. There is no hostel for our college. There are also facilities like a canteen, a sports room, etc., which help an individual to be fit and fine. Wi-Fi quality is really bad.
Faculty: I think there is a lack of knowledge among the faculty members, but they try their best to solve our doubts. Personally, I feel that students of our colleges are also a bit annoying, so based on this, the faculty members feel helpless. There are strict rules and regulations that we all have to obey.
Other: In SSASIT, all festivals are celebrated with a lot of joy, so this is a positive side for this college.

Good teachers but placements not good. Dissatisfied because the uniform is compulsory in college.
Placements: I am studying in 2nd year, my senior friend and other seniors told me that this year 30% placement in our college. The highest package is 3 LPA, and average package is 2 LPA. In my college, it is compulsory for the students in 4th year to do 6-month internships.
Infrastructure: My college provides Wi-Fi for all classes and computer lab, but no AC in classrooms. AC is there only for the lab. All basic needs will be provided in our college like Wi-Fi, subject-related PPT. There is no hostel in our college.
Faculty: Every faculty member has good teaching skills and knowledge. Faculty members are very helpful for students to learn new skills. This course curriculum is based on Gujarat Technology University. The exam level is moderate in the college. 95% is the pass percentage in every exam. Faculty members are very strict about discipline.
Other: College hosts good events and fests. College help students by providing scholarships. It gives start-up funding upto 1 lakh, and this is the plus point in this college to increase start-up culture in our college. Uniform is compulsory in the college.
