I am satisfied with teachers, infrastructure, and facilities of our college.
Placements: Almost 70-80% of students got placed in our course. Top recruiting companies are Reliance Group, Adani Group, Emerson, Endress & Hauser, Honeywell, Yokogawa, and Thermax. The highest salary package offered was 9.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 6.5 LPA. In our college, the placement rate of our seniors was about 70%.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. It has a separate departmental building for each branch. Wi-Fi is available. There is a huge library in this college. Playground is very big for sports activities. The food served in the mess is very good. There are 4 canteens on our campus.
Faculty: Teachers have 20-30 years of teaching experience. They are very helpful and highly qualified. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are difficult. There are many courses like computer science, information technology, electronics, electrical, chemical, instrumentation, production, civil, and textile.
Other: There are many clubs in our college for personality development. Many events are conducted in this college.

Our college campus and the placements are very good.
Placements: You need to secure at least 94% or above to get information technology in our college in MHTCET. The highest salary package at our branch was the 9LPA. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Mahindra come to our campus for internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: Our college has Wi-Fi, a library is available on our campus, and there is lots of greenery on our campus. We have labs available in our college along with reading halls. We have medical facilities, sports and events are organised in our college every year. It has a big funfair. The mess and canteen are good on the college campus.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well qualified and very helpful in nature. The exam pattern of our college is 30/20, which means they take an oral exam, which we call the ISE, of 20 marks and a written exam of 30 marks in one semester. There are two exams, one is midterm and one is end term. The pass percentage is as per government criteria as it is a government engineering college.
Other: It's a great course, and approximately everyone in our branch gets the placement, which is up to 90% for sure.

It has a good infrastructure with good faculty members.
Placements: Instrumentation Engineering is one of the best branches in SGFS, till now placements here are 100%, and even year dropped students are placed. The average salary package offered is around 3.6-4 LPA and the highest salary package offered is around 7 LPA. Some of the top recruiters are Emerson, E&H, TCS, Reliance, Thermax, Johnson, and control, etc., where roles offered are biomedical engineer, control engineering, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has one of the best infrastructures I have seen, with gardens and trees. There is almost greenery everywhere. The campus has decent Wi-Fi service with around a speed of 150-200 MBPS. We also have a library and complex for late-night studies. Here boys hostel has one of the best infrastructures, and the food facility is decent. Campus also has 2 canteens and sports facilities. It has a huge ground where a lot of tournaments are conducted.
Faculty: We have highly qualified teachers for teaching, and many of them are Ph.D. holders. They provide good quality of education. The courses are well organised which will be helpful in further practical life. In semester exams, 30marks are internal and 70 marks are for written exams. Out of which 30 are evaluated by assignment, class test, and attendance.

Our college is pathetic and extremely overrated.
Placements: Placements in our college are average. Previously, our college was famous for instrumentation engineering placements, but now it is not good after the new dean. Our college is in very bad condition, and there are no placements for its famous course. Initially, companies use to come, but now very few are left with low salary packages.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pathetic, and it has only one building from the gate you enter. Maybe it looks good, but the rest is very bad. Our college claims that it has Wi-Fi with great speed, but students can't connect it. They say that they pay bills worth 40 lacs to Wi-Fi company. Classrooms are pathetic.
Faculty: Teaching in this college is the worst. Faculty members don't care about teachings, and they just finish the syllabus. None of them puts efforts to teach you, and they don't give notes and writeups. They only give a lot of practical writes which are not useful.

I am satisfied with the course curriculum and teaching staff. The infrastructure is excellent.
Placements: Above 90% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 55,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. The average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Emerson, Endress+Hauser, Reliance and Honeywell visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like maintenance engineer, research and development sector, are offered to the students. The highest salary package offered in our course is 6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2.75 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Almost 80% of the students from our course got an internship in companies like Honeywell, Reliance, Emerson, Endress+Hauser.
Infrastructure: Our department has a total of 4 classrooms. About 3 classrooms have a capacity of 150 students, and 1 classroom has a capacity of 50 students. Our department has 4 labs and one library. One lab consists of 30 computers for online work. It provides a Wi-Fi facility at an average speed. Hostel facilities are quite good. It has a separate washroom for every room and has a good enough space in the room. Cleaning is done by the college itself per week. Food served in the mess is average. For sports, there is a separate ground for cricket and football. It provides a separate ground for volleyball, long tennis and badminton with 24 hours accessible.
Faculty: Few teachers are very helpful. Almost 80% of teachers are PhD holders in their respective subject. Their teaching quality is quite good. They are highly knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and quite good. It does not provide the required practical experience and knowledge.
Other: I have chosen this course because this course has 100% placement and that's the biggest advantage. The subjects and curriculum are the same as what I wanted to study. I wish the college should provide practical knowledge and some industrial visit in this course. The college has a sports club named Zenith. The technical event named Pragyaa, and a cultural event named Utsav are organised at our college. UPSC chapter club helps students for UPSC exams, and there is Bhasakaracharya maths club for maths lover.

Good faculty members for the instrumentation department.
Placements: Instrumentation in SGGS is known for 100% placement but nowadays it has fallen to 80%. Last year it was 80% placement now in the present year only 52% are placed till now. Emerson, Honeywell and Endress and Hauser are the main companies that visit the campus.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of SGGS is well and good with a studious environment. But not that much importance is given to other activities. Classrooms, library are maintained properly. They are really good. Wi-Fi facilities are there but don't get connected everywhere around the campus and proper range is also not provided.
Faculty: Faculty members of our department are highly qualified and experienced. They generally have an average of 13-15 years of teaching experience. Mostly faculty members of instrumentation are best among the whole campus with good teaching skills. They are very friendly with the students.

SGGS is a very good college.
Placements: Instrumentation is the best branch in SGGS. Total intake is 40, and out of that, about 30-35 students place in various organisations. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is about 3.5 LPA. The highest package offered is about 7.5 LPA. Many companies like Reliance, Thermal, Johnson Control, Emerson, Toyo, Honeywell, Yokogawa visit SGGS for recruitment.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is nice, and the structure of the college is very good for studying and give a very good opportunity for doing something. Various facilities, like Wi-Fi and labs, are very good. There is a very good hostel with a lot of space and well architecture.
Faculty: In our department, most of the faculty are amazing. They teach us very well, and doubt clearing is also done in college. Especially in our department, the faculty are very supportive. They support us for everything regarding the study and extracurricular activities.
Other: I have chosen this course because the instrumentation is the best in SGGS and I read on the internet about instrumentation, and then I decided to do engineering from SGGS in the field in instrumentation. Various technical and sports events are there in SGGS. Various colleges all over India participate in that event. Many scholarship programs are there in SGGS, and our alumni also support the student those who are economically weaker.

Good college with nice campus which is hard to find in government colleges.
Placements: Training and placement cell is really trying hard for getting more and more placement. And if you are interested in B.Tech instrumentation engineering its best for this branch. In past few years department achieved 100%. Some other branches also have good placement percentage.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good. Few department buildings are build in recent years. Wi-Fi facility is available and provide good speed internet. Library facility and e-library facilities are upto mark. This college has two center of excellence. In case of medical emergency, despensory and ambulance service are also available.
Faculty: Some of the departments which are started many years ago, have well qualified and well experienced faculty members. Nearly 60 professors are doctorate. But some departments like IT and mechanical which are started recently do not have that much good faculty members.
Other: Many cultural, technical and sports events are organised in college. Crowd is not so urban. Many workshop are organised time to time.
