Our college is pathetic and extremely overrated.
Placements: Placements in our college are average. Previously, our college was famous for instrumentation engineering placements, but now it is not good after the new dean. Our college is in very bad condition, and there are no placements for its famous course. Initially, companies use to come, but now very few are left with low salary packages.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pathetic, and it has only one building from the gate you enter. Maybe it looks good, but the rest is very bad. Our college claims that it has Wi-Fi with great speed, but students can't connect it. They say that they pay bills worth 40 lacs to Wi-Fi company. Classrooms are pathetic.
Faculty: Teaching in this college is the worst. Faculty members don't care about teachings, and they just finish the syllabus. None of them puts efforts to teach you, and they don't give notes and writeups. They only give a lot of practical writes which are not useful.

I am satisfied with the course curriculum and teaching staff. The infrastructure is excellent.
Placements: Above 90% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 55,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. The average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Emerson, Endress+Hauser, Reliance and Honeywell visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like maintenance engineer, research and development sector, are offered to the students. The highest salary package offered in our course is 6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2.75 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Almost 80% of the students from our course got an internship in companies like Honeywell, Reliance, Emerson, Endress+Hauser.
Infrastructure: Our department has a total of 4 classrooms. About 3 classrooms have a capacity of 150 students, and 1 classroom has a capacity of 50 students. Our department has 4 labs and one library. One lab consists of 30 computers for online work. It provides a Wi-Fi facility at an average speed. Hostel facilities are quite good. It has a separate washroom for every room and has a good enough space in the room. Cleaning is done by the college itself per week. Food served in the mess is average. For sports, there is a separate ground for cricket and football. It provides a separate ground for volleyball, long tennis and badminton with 24 hours accessible.
Faculty: Few teachers are very helpful. Almost 80% of teachers are PhD holders in their respective subject. Their teaching quality is quite good. They are highly knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and quite good. It does not provide the required practical experience and knowledge.
Other: I have chosen this course because this course has 100% placement and that's the biggest advantage. The subjects and curriculum are the same as what I wanted to study. I wish the college should provide practical knowledge and some industrial visit in this course. The college has a sports club named Zenith. The technical event named Pragyaa, and a cultural event named Utsav are organised at our college. UPSC chapter club helps students for UPSC exams, and there is Bhasakaracharya maths club for maths lover.
