The college has good placements and decent infrastructure, but faculty quality needs improvement.
Placements: Around 60-70% of students from our course are placed, with the highest package around 7-8 LPA, and an average of 3.5-4 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and Cognizant. Approximately 35-45% of students got internships through college tie-ups and platforms like Internshala and LinkedIn.
Infrastructure: The department has well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked library with relevant books and journals. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms, 24/7 water, and electricity. The mess and canteen serve average, but hygienic food. Medical facilities are available on campus, and there are good provisions for sports and games.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified, helpful, and have good subject knowledge, making learning effective. The course curriculum is fairly relevant and includes practical elements to prepare students for the industry. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and the pass percentage is generally above 75%.

Review of D Y Patil College.
Placements: There is 1 division of our department in our college in which 80 students are there. There are good placements in the college. The highest package of our college is 25 LPA The average package of our college is 4-5 LPA. Also, students have to do internships provided by the college.
Infrastructure: There is a well-stocked library in our college. Our college has a well-equipped laboratory. Our college has decent buildings. There is also ongoing construction of 2 buildings. Our college doesn't have a hostel facility or mess facility. So that it's a weak point.
Faculty: The curriculum of our college is very easy. They provide the direct syllabus for our exam papers. The syllabus is set by our college itself so they make us industry-ready. There are 2 ISE exams, 1 MSE exam, and 1 ESE exam. The faculty of our college is also very good and knowledgeable.

Best college in Western Maharashtra.
Placements: 70% of students get placements by college. The highest package was 5 LPA in the last batch. The lowest package is 2.5 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA. Three students in the last batch completed one-month internships in ISRO and Wipro company for the placements. Now in college drive for the placements, TCS company visits to hire students.
Infrastructure: College campus is short but college campus is very good. Wi-Fi facility is available and labs are very good. Classrooms are good and clean. Library is available for students. Two reading halls are open 24 hours and canteen is very nice in the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive and teaching is very good. Teachers are qualified PhDs and experienced teachers for teaching. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry. Semester exams are conducted very strictly, and students have to pass separately. Minimum 40% mark for passing is needed.
Other: Best college in Western Maharashtra, and college has autonomous grade. College placements are very good. Extracurricular activities are conducted like Techno Utsav and sports annual functions.

Placements: In our college, percentage of students who get placed is low. The highest package offered by the company is 27 LPA. The average package is 3 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.3 LPA. The college doesn't provide proper internships for students because of the strength of this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of college is quite good but it doesn't have its own ground. It doesn't have a good campus. The facilities provided by the college are good. College is very good at cleanliness. College doesn't have a hostel. Our college does not have a mess.

Our college is best for any field.
Placements: In D Y Patil Engineering College, ENTC are safe branch as compared to other branches. Intake for ENTC department is very low compared to the other branches. So, the maximum number of students got placed from ENTC branch. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA-10 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA-4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. In ENTC branch, Hexaware is recruiting many students. Maximum students secured internships in technical or hardware.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is very nice and modern, it's very big. Our college canteen and library are also best. In our college clean washrooms are available.
Faculty: At D Y Patil College, staff is well-qualified and well-educated. They are friendly with all students. Their teaching quality is very good. All teachers are good in their personal fields. In our college, exams are very difficult to pass. They are divided into 4 parts, ISE which is 20 marks, MSE which is 30 marks, and ESE which is 50 marks. Total is 100 marks.
Other: Our college fest is very big.

College has good infrastructure, but placements are not much better.
Placements: I am currently studying in the 2nd year of the Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering course. College does not provide proper internships for students. One of the students is doing an internship at CISCO on their own, and college is not involved in that. Students have to find their own ways.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is very nice, especially in the Electronics and Telecommunication department. The Wi-Fi connection is strong, and classrooms are neat and clean. College does not have its own hostel and mess. Students have to find rooms and mess facilities nearby.
Faculty: The faculty is not very good, but course is very helpful for the future. The examination is carried out in two parts. In the first part, ISE is conducted twice, each worth 10 marks, and MSE of 30 marks is conducted. In the second part of the examination, the ESE of 50 marks is conducted.
Other: Our college organises many activities like the annual gathering, traditional day, Smart India Hackathon, events, etc.

A college with very awesome infrastructure, experienced faculty and a great placement rate.
Placements: In my course above, 80% of the students were placed. The highest package at my college was 40 LPA and the average package is 4.5 LPA. Cognizant and Samsung companies come for placement in our college. My college does not give any internships; we have to find them ourselves.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is awesome. They clean the college very neatly and properly. You will not have any complaints about cleaning. The canteen also provides us with very tasty food. And prices are also reasonable. We have a hostel facility and a bus facility.
Faculty: Teaching quality is awesome and very effective. All subject teachers are experienced and have done Ph.D.s in their respective subjects. And course curriculum is very relevant and it does make students industry-ready, which is why students get placed easily. Semester exams are 50% easy and 50% difficult.
Other: I chose this Entc course for engineering because I find it interesting and want to learn more about circuits, semiconductors, sensors and all that.

College is the best, just like I wanted.
Placements: Placement is very good; about 70 to 75 percent of students are placed every year. The highest package is INR 60 lacs, the average package is INR 4 lacs per annum, and the lowest package is INR 2.5 lacs per annum. TCS, Infosys, and Tech Mahindra are the top recruiting companies in our college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good, like the garden and ground are well organized, Wi-Fi is available on every floor, everyware lab is well organized, and every classroom is well organized, but the college doesn't have hostel facilities. A canteen is available, which is also good, and food is also good.
Faculty: The teacher is very friendly, well educated, and qualified from top universities, and all queries are solved when we ask them. The course that I chose is so interesting, and the teacher makes us industry-ready. The semester is not much more difficult just because of the quality education.
Other: I love this course, I am very interested in it, and I am doing very well in it. The biggest thing about my course is the opportunity and facilities the company provides. The thing that can improve it is to have more programming knowledge in my course. Campus organized a fest and so many other things and also provided us with a scholarship.
