The college circumstances are very good.

Faculty: The teachers are really good, very helpful, very qualified, and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also very good, and this course will help every student to grow. And this course can improve our coding skills and increase our expertise in this industry. Most of the students passed the exam.

Average faculty members, good placements in 2024, average infrastructure, and disgusting canteen.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but they are averagely qualified. Teaching quality is not as expected. Curriculum should be focused on practical learning rather than just mugging up a huge load of theory books. I don't understand why economics is included in the CSE setup syllabus. Exams are very irrelevant. It is natural because they don't even teach to that level and expect us to learn them all by ourselves.

Good placement in 2024, really good campus, and good faculty.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are PhD holders with excellent knowledge about their field. The teachers will guide you through every step. The course curriculum is made to understand the current market, with the thought of making the student industry-ready. Each semester consists of 4 central assessment exams to keep the students ready for the end of the semester. The end semesters are easy to crack if consistency is maintained.

Satisfied and placements are average.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful only if we are interested, the teaching quality is decent, and we can't argue because the teachers are qualified for their level. The syllabus is, though not good enough, it can't make a student industry-ready, and teachers follow the syllabus, so mostly we have to do from outside to pass industry standards. The semester exams are quite difficult. I got like 2 backlogs in 2 years, so it's pretty tough to pass, but easy if we study. The pass percentage is 70 per cent every se...

The college is really good, and if you grind, you will achieve.

Faculty: Teachers are extremely good, they are very much qualified and very much knowledgeable. They have graduated from very good universities or institutions. Their teaching quality is also good. The college exams and semester exam level are moderate, and the majority pass the exams.

Good learning environment with supportive faculty members and decent campus facilities.

Faculty: Teachers in the BCA department are generally helpful, well-qualified, and have good subject knowledge, making classes easy to follow. Curriculum is updated and includes practical learning, but extra skills are needed for industry readiness. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and with regular study, most students pass, so the pass percentage remains fairly high.

Campus life is peaceful with decent placements. Needs a stronger industry connection.

Faculty: Teaching quality and the faculty of SIT are great. They are well-qualified and more experienced for teaching purposes. Faculty members give their 100% to make the student ready for the modern industry standards. Semester exams are moderately harder.

No private college is good until you work hard and pursue your dreams.

Faculty: Our faculty members were helpful except our HOD. HOD only remembers student who have not submitted their fees. In our college, we have learn only theory, so most students score well. Pass rate in our department is above 85. But they didn't teach us relevant subjects like ethical hacking, penetration testing, and malware analysis.

All you need to know about SIT.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are too good. They provide help with everything you need, starting from semester exams to internship requirements, teachers are always there for you. Regarding semester exams, they are not very tough unless you haven’t studied throughout the semester. One can easily get marks through attendance and internal marks.

In this college, the placement percentage is very low so we only have to work hard.

Faculty: Some teachers are good and some teachers are below average. Some teachers teach us at a high level and take good care of us. Some teachers just care about themselves. The B.Tech course is about coding but during the first year, we have to study subjects other than computer science. Semester exams are tough and the pass percentage is only 40%.

The best college in North Bengal.

Faculty: Faculty members are top-notch with Ph.D. degrees. They published research papers. Our college conducts many webinars and conferences which include top professionals from ISRO and foreign professors. The course curriculum is outdated. It is the same as the last 10 years. Semester exams are moderate. Our college falls under MAUKAT, so they set up our paper.

SIT- A hidden gem in the lap of North Bengal.

Faculty: Teachers who are in charge of our course are highly qualified and skillful in the field of teaching. They go from bench to bench after completing any topic to ask every student if they are okay with the topic or not. Course curriculum is directly relevant. The vision of our college is to make the students prepare for the industry 4.0. Our college is affiliated with MAKAUT University so the difficulty level of the semester exams depends on the university itself.

The Siliguri Institute of Technology – The college campus is very good.

Faculty: Yes, all teachers are helpful. I give the course curriculum 4.5 out of 5. There are no difficulties. The pass percentage for the semester exam is 40% and above. Campus life may feel monotonous due to limited extracurricular activities and events, leaving students with fewer opportunities to explore their interests or develop social connections. These factors collectively hinder the overall college experience.

I am absolutely satisfied because of the college faculty and their placement opportunities.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and they are also knowledgeable. The teaching quality of the teacher is so good. And if we don't understand anything, then the teacher helps us personally to understand that thing. Yes, this course is curriculum relevant. Yes, it makes the students industry-ready. The pass percentage is 40% in the semester exam.
