The eligibility criteria for BA at Somaiya School of Civilisation is :

Passed Class 12 or equivalent examination in Arts / Commerce / Science from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate score of 50%, with English as a compulsory subject.
Candidates who meet the above mentioned eligibility can apply for admissions by following the process set by the institute. 

The fee for the first year course at Somaiya School of Civilisation Studies is INR 3 lakh. Candidates who clear the admission process are invited to pay the course fee and secure their admission to the programme. Candidates are required to pay the course fee through the means made available by Somaiya School of Civilisation Studies. 

Somaiya School of Civilization Studies has affordable fee strcture as comapred to other colleges. The fee strcture of the institute ranges between INR 1.5 lakh- INR 3 lakh. The fee structure is cumulative of multiple components, such as tuition fee, hostel fee, medical insurance, mess and other security deposits,  etc..

Admission to Somaiya School of Civilisation is entrance based. Candidates are required to appear for SVUET in order to get the chance of securing a seat at the Somaiya School of Civilisation courses. Candidates can choose from the BA and MA programmes for admission based on their eligibility criteria. 
Candidates are required to clear the SVUET cutoff set by the institute for admission into the available courses. 

The courses offered at Somaiya School of Civilisation Studies are BA and MA. Candidates are requried to participate in the enhtrance-based admission process to secure a seat. BA is offered at the UG level as a four year course with a specialisation in Liberal Arts. Candidates get to participate in internships in the third and fourth year of the programme. MA is offered with a specialisation in Liberal Arts as well.

• Class 12 grade report and Diploma of completion
• Proof of identity
• Certificate of Minority 
• Certificate of disability (PwD quota)

In order to be admitted to Somaiya School of Civilisation Studies, candidates must pass one of the entrance exams that the college accepts for admission to the relevant programme. In order to be eligible for the BA programme, candidates must have completed Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate. Candidates must appear for the SVUET to participate in the entrance based admission process of Somaiya School of Civilisation.
