Review of Sona College of Technology.

Placements: Nearly 75-80% of students get placed in our department. The highest salary package is 15 LPA, and the average salary package ranges from 6-8 LPA. The lowest salary package ranges from 2.5-4 LPA. Top recurring companies are Consleague, Vuism, TCS, etc. Around 80-90% of students get internships. Top roles offered in our course are software developer, backend developer, frontend developer, web development, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. There is a big library with many computer systems. The college has 3 canteen on the campus. Many sports events are conducted in our college.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of most teachers is good. They used to share their experiences in their studies and research. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Basically, the exam questions are medium to tough, and the pass percentage of students is about 55-75%. Faculty members in our college are well-experienced. They help in our studies and in project work.

Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in web development. There is no more about the culture.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty. They treat students in a good manner.

Placements: The highest package is 24 Lacs per annum, middle is 19.8 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are Tata, Cisco. 75 percent of students get internships from Internshala. 95 percent of students are placed in our college. They offer abroad jobs also. They give special training to get placed.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well and good. The hostel is very nice. There we have all facilities. We have many labs in this college. Library and classrooms are neat. Here sports are available like throwball, volleyball, shuttle, table tennis, cricket, kabaddi.

Faculty: The faculty are well experienced since 10-15 years. The teaching quality of faculty is in a good manner. They don't underestimate any students. They use slides to teach students. If students have any doubts, they clarify their doubts in person. There are 3 internal exams for each semester.

Other: Here in this college, they give importance to student skills. They help to build technical knowledge. They conduct many activities like Vervethon, Hackathon, Verve, Park, Sonata, culture, etc.

Infrastructure and facilities are good in my college, and you can also enjoy your college.

Placements: As I'm only in my second year, I don't have any experience in placement, but our college's past placements are good. You can expect an average salary of INR 4 lakh in our department. Placement trainings are started for students from the 3rd year onward. College timing is 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good in my department (information technology). You can use Wi-Fi all over the campus. You can access the labs at any time you want. But in my hostel, the internet might be slow on the Wi-Fi. Hostel food is average; don't expect more.

Faculty: You get all the materials for your exam, so don't worry about it. Just read the material given and you will easily get good marks. Teachers will help you anytime; they will clarify your doubts. Feel free to ask questions. For me, semester exams are not tough.

Other: Seniors are very friendly; you can interact with them at any time.

It is a good college for students.

Placements: Almost 100% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 17 LPA. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. All students got internships from our college. Top roles offered are full stack developer, networking engineer, software developer, software engineer, power programmer, etc. Top recruiting companies are Cisco, IBM, TCS, and Zentropy.

Infrastructure: Our classrooms have a good environment. All classrooms have projectors. We have an excellent internet connection. The library is excellent with a lot of books. The library has an internet connection. Medical and sports facilities are good. The hostel is not good, and it is better to take rooms nearby our college. The food served in the hostel is not good and tasty.

Faculty: Faculty members are friendly. They always support us and provide us with projects. They are always ready to teach and guide us. The course curriculum is very relevant. It is very easy to clear semester exams if you are a good listener and your preparation for internal exams is enough to clear semester exams.

Other: It is the best course for students who are interested in programming and networking. Our college has many clubs and conducts many events.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: All the students willing to get placed have been placed. The highest package offered is 20 LPA, and the lowest package is 5 LPA. The top companies that visit here are Cisco, Amazon, and many more. Almost everyone got an internship in their pre-final year itself. The top roles offered are developers and testing engineers.

Infrastructure: We have digital labs in our department. Hostel facilities are good enough, and we excel in other activities. The college gives importance to sports too. We have enough Wi-Fi network throughout the campus. Enough sufficient lab facilities and a huge library are available to explore new things.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful to us. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. Semester exams are excellent as it covers a wide range of questions on the application level. The total pass percentage is nearly 80% in all the departments.

Other: I opted for B.Tech IT, and the best of this is the papers. Every semester, they conduct some inter-college competitions and also intra-college completions to make students exposed to society.
