Yes it indeed is good to join but only if you can clear IMUCET-the entrance test for admission to IMU. IMU is the central government university and if you are interested in merchant navy then you should hit to one of the campuses of IMU. Be very clear of what stream you want to choose (B.Sc, B.Tech,

Yes offcourse T. S Chanakya (IMU Mumbai campus) is the best college of Nautical Science all over India in terms of quality of students and infrastructure. The college has not released its placement report for the year 2022.
