College with average infrastructure and placement, and good culture.
Placements: Currently, the average package of the statistics department is around 8 LPA- 9 LPA, as per the official, the placement is also quite active. Other than that, students with the highest placements are mostly from the B.Com and Economics Honours background, however there are a lot of good placements from other departments as well.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is overall average. The college classrooms do not have any AC facility except the ICT lab, library, and few other places. The canteen is average as well and the auditorium has been under construction for the last few years and is still closed. Outside the classrooms, the college has a lot of greenery and a garden also.
Faculty: Faculty is well qualified and dedicated, a few are helpful, and a few are not. It totally depends on the person-to-person. Faculty promotes not just curriculum work but also extracurricular activities as well for the students' good and they are pretty understanding of society work and internships too.

Great crowd with good teachers and fests.
Placements: After 1 year in college, I have realised that placements for our course and college both lie on average package with the highest package reaching around 15 LPA-16 LPA, but the average package is often around 5 LPA-6LPA. Top roles offered for statistics are actuarial analyst and data analyst roles, whereas top recruiting companies are generally Accenture, BCG, Brain & Company and DeShaw. KPMG and Deloitte also make a lot of offers. Around 60-70 percent of students are placed out of the ones who applied.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure for our course and the overall college is very stable and appropriate, with good furniture and teaching equipment like blackboards and projectors for presentations. Free Wi-Fi access is provided to all students around the whole campus. The college library is well maintained with academic books and PYQs and it also has air conditioning. I am not a user of hostel facilities, but as far as I know, they are also on the average side without any air-conditioned facility. The college canteen has a variety of food options, but hygiene might be an issue sometimes.
Faculty: Teachers are very experienced and respected, but their teaching methods are not up to date. Some teachers tend to use presentations and group discussions as a way to teach, but senior teachers prefer the blackboard style. The curriculum is also very theoretical, with a lot of practical flaws and does not make the student industry-ready. Semester exams are usually on the slightly harder side, but collective marking usually deals with it.
Other: I chose this course as it has a lot of potential with great scope. However, the curriculum upgrade to make it more practical can help the students a lot. On the other hand, campus life around the college is very warm with a great crowd and helpful seniors. The college is also very accessible, with a metro station and bus stop being just right next to the college. College fests are also very great, with Nexus being at the centre of the whole Delhi University.

Satisfied with the college and crowd.
Placements: I believe 80–90% of students who sit for placements get placed. The highest package is around 18 LPA, and the lowest is around 4 LPA. The average package should be around 7–8 LPA. The internship fair that happens every year helps students get internships. I also get a stipend-based internship through it. The top roles offered are mainly Analyst roles.
Infrastructure: Facilities are okayish. The Wi-Fi is average. Labs are of good quality, and so are the classrooms and library. During exam time, the library hours are extended till 7:30 PM. The quality of the hostel and hostel food is sustainable at best. The medical facilities are good and always open. The sports and games room is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are great and highly qualified. Their expertise in their subjects, as well as their experience, is excellent. Their help and support are always available to us students. The curriculum is up-to-date and helps us cope with the rapid changes in the industry. The semester examinations are quite difficult, but the pass percentage is more than 95%.
Other: I have always had a knack and passion for analysis and mathematics. Hence, statistics is my preference. Overall, the college is great. The events and campus crowd are top-notch. The fest NEXUS is one of the best in Delhi University.

Above-average infrastructure and facilities for a government college.
Placements: Placements are average. Compared to other colleges, this college could do better. Regular placement drives, annual internship fairs, and sessions that provide important information regarding placements are conducted. The placement cell gives regular updates about new opportunities.
Infrastructure: Compared to other Delhi University colleges, the infrastructure is up to the mark. The classrooms are well-furnished. Wi-Fi is available for all and works fine in almost all buildings. Some blocks also have lifts. The washrooms in most blocks are clean.
Faculty: Faculty takes regular classes. Attendance is taken seriously. Doubt classes are sometimes also conducted. The college strictly follows the Delhi University curriculum, including the Statistics department. Exams are conducted properly, following all rules.

A very good college with a very good scope for future prospects.
Placements: Although the placement compensation lies on the average side but maximum percentage of the students appearing for either placements or internships are generally granted with an offer. The highest packages range above 18-20 LPA but the average is around 6-7 LPA. Top recruiters for my course are generally firms like Brain & Company, Accenture etc. Maximum number of students appearing for internship opportunities were MET with an offer in my course. The roles typically offered to statistics students are analyst roles.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of the department of statistics is pretty decent with good furniture and functional wide range projector. ICT Labs are also very well maintained and along with library they comprise of the only places with air conditioning in the college for students. Food quality of food is also pretty average.
Faculty: The faculty is very renowned and qualified and is respected all across the Delhi University circuit. Teaching quality of the professors is also very good where the use of presentations and group discussions is prominent. The curriculum is good but can be improved on the practical aspects to make the student industry ready. Semester examinations are appropriate difficult to the level of study in the college.
Other: Campus life is very good with a healthy crowd with a lot of societies to enroll in.

It has a very warm crowd with an experienced and renowned faculty.
Placements: About 50% of the students who appeared for placements got placed. The highest package ranges from about 16 LPA, and the lowest ranges between 3.5 LPA and 6 LPA. Brain & Company, Accenture, and KPMG are some of the top recruiters. Top roles offered are often analyst roles such as consulting and accounting firms.
Infrastructure: Personally, I am not a resident of the college hostel, but as far as I know, the college infrastructure that I come across on a day-to-day basis is pretty decent. It can be improved by a lot of margins by adding facilities such as air-conditioners and better Wi-Fi on the college premises.
Faculty: The faculty is very learned and very helpful, but the curriculum is very vague in its nature. It is theoretically very appropriate but lacks practical knowledge in real-world scenarios. Subjects like Skill Enhancement Course (SEC) and Value Addition Course (VAC) seem very unnecessary and burden the student with exam pressure and irrelevant concepts. Semester exams are generally on the difficult side, while the passing percentage is very high.
Other: College societies are great, like Fine Arts Association, which is responsible for Delhi University's. The biggest college fest held is Nexus. Seniors are also very supportive and homely.

The best college of University of Delhi.
Placements: The placement percentage is around 98%. The average package for the course is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include EY and KPMG. Students also get internships in startups. The top roles offered are Data Analyst and Data Entry. Placements for this course are not as strong as B.Sc. Statistics, which provides better opportunities for Master's and Ph.D. students. Most students do not enroll for placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi speed is around 1 Gbps. Classrooms are in good condition with good benches and proper ventilation. Course-specific labs are available. Library contains more than 10 lakh books. It provides easy access and hassle-free book issuance. Sports facilities include grounds for cricket, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and badminton. A medical room is also available. There are two canteens on campus., college canteen and the Maggi Point.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, experienced, and knowledgeable. They are always available to help students. The course is designed according to industry requirements for handling company data. The pass percentage is very high, but the course is not easy. It requires hard work.
Other: I chose this course because it is industry-oriented. It provides good job opportunities with a decent salary. The college fest lasts for three days. It is one of the most popular fests in Delhi University. It attracts a large crowd and is properly managed with police and security support. Fights and disturbances are rare.

Satisfied and would recommend others to join, you will get a lifetime experience .
Placements: The placements are really good, and the placement cell is very active. I receive information about a lot of internships and jobs through WhatsApp groups. Almost every student who sits in the placement gets placed, so the percentage is high. The highest package offered was around 10 LPA for my course, and the average package was around 6 LPA. Ties 1, 2, and 3 companies visit as recruiters, including the big four.
Infrastructure: The campus is really beautiful, and the infrastructure is good. The college Wi-Fi is a much-needed perk that is available. For my course, the labs are required, and the labs are very good, fully air-conditioned with high-speed internet, and have the have the required software. The library is newly built, and the books have been updated recently. Hostels are good, but I don't have personal experience.
Faculty: The examinations are being held according to the university timetable. The staff is really helpful in academics as well as being a guide. The professors are highly qualified and experienced in their specific fields. The exams are usually not very difficult if you have studied your syllabus and the overall curriculum is well defined.
Other: I chose Statistics due to my interest in mathematics and data, which are popular and emerging field. The course is good but an improvement could be made if more applications are added and practically shown. The college life is really good because a lot of festivals happen over the year and the main annual festival, called 'Nexus', is really popular and successful. The environment is really comfortable and the students are well diversified .

Admission will depend on cutoff released by the college. Your marks in maths will play an important role in determining your admission in college. Your category will also determine your admission

Placements for courses like Statistics, Economics and Mathematics are quite appreciable in the University of Delhi. However, you need to have the required skills to get selected.

It depends on the course you want to pursue, the category you belong to and the cut-off list in which you are taking admission. It varies from 98% to 90% for various courses for General Category.
