Our college provides placements and facilities are good.
Placements: Students should have more than 6 CVV points to attend the placement training. Many students got internships from many companies. Students can attend core companies and IT companies also. The electrical and electronics department is more difficult than other departments.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available in classrooms but is available in labs. All facilities are good. The infrastructure of our classrooms is good. The library has different types of books. The quality of the hostel is good. The food served in the hostel is clean.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. Their teaching qualities are good. They always help us. Exams are difficult. If we prepare well in class, we can score 9 CVV points. Exams are conducted very strictly.
Other: I opted for this course because it provides many opportunities in the future. The world is going to change, and electric things avoid pollution. Our college provides scholarships to students.

No enjoyment, only strictness. Only looking at academics. No importance to sports
Placements: Very less no. of students are placed and salary offered was very low. Many top recruitment companies come. Many students got Internship for their projects and there are courses like M.E. Strict staff but college is super.
Infrastructure: Labs and library are very good and the department labs are also in very good condition. The hostel facilities are very poor, because of food facilities and cleaning facilities. Most of the students are punished for nothing.
Faculty: Teachers are very talented and knowledgeable. Many faculties are in research process and the very strict. Some teachers are in research and are very good in teaching.
Other: I choose this course for the knowledge about this course and not for placements. I'm proud to be an electrical engineer. There are many reasons for choosing this course.

My journey in EEE at SRIT.
Placements: About 50-70% of students from every department get placed, but this year, it was slightly down. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA and the average salary package offered is 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Soliton, CTS, Wipro, Zoho, and L&T visit the college to hire students. Internships are widely less in our college, rather we get direct placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi in our campus is currently developing, as of now, there are few Wi-Fi spots around the campus, but they are developing now in full wing. The library needs to get upgraded, but sufficient books are definitely available in our library. The hostel is average as my friends stay there as they include ending machines which are currently installed. It has 24x7 water and electricity facilities guaranteed with above-average food.
Faculty: Faculty members of SRIT are friendly and approachable at any time. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They encourage every student to participate in events and learn new things. The course curriculum is very much relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The pass percentage of our college is above 85%.
Other: I chose this course Electrical and Electronics Engineering because at the time of joining in 2022 computer science course was at its peak. Many students opted for that, and I also wanted to opt for it. Unfortunately, I got EEE at the end of the day and I am at the right place.

I am satisfied with the infrastructure and facilities of our college.
Placements: About 30% of the students from our course got placed through on-campus placements, while 20% of the students got placed through off-campus interviews. The salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Wipro, V-Guard, Infosys, etc. The top role offered in our course is a programming analyst trainee. The salary package offered in our course is 4 LPA. About 40% of the students got internships from our course. HCL, electronics, MSME companies, etc., offer internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course are good. Smart classrooms are also available for the courses. Skill development of the students plays a major role to get placements. The quality of the food served in the hostel and canteen is good. Sports are also good. Our college has football, cricket, kabaddi, gym, basketball ground, etc. Good standardised machines and labs facilities are available on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The relationship between students and teachers is good. Teachers make the students industry-ready by cooperating with the students.

The college provides education, empowerment, and good culture to the students.
Placements: We have tied up with various institutions for placements like Infosys campus connect programme. So, every year Infosys and Wipro will come to our college and recruit the students according to their skill set. Not only this company but also most of the IT companies and core companies will come and recruit the students based on their skill sets. For example, when I studied there, people got placed in Apollo Tyree, HCL, Infosys, IBM, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: The college is situated in Pachapalayam Perur, Coimbatore district. Location is nearby Western Ghats so that the climate will be awesome. The classrooms are well-ventilated. We have separate buildings for management and engineering courses. The labs and other electrical and mechanical machinery are well-developed and maintained. So, our college is located outskirt of Coimbatore. We do have separate hostels for male and female students. We are offering separate staff quarters for working staffs in college. We have two big seminar halls for any events like conferences, symposium, and other activities. Overall, our college is situated in a calm and good place in Coimbatore. The classrooms and labs are well-built based on a good plan.
Faculty: We have engineering, management, and masters course for students. We are taking students through counselling, management, and sports quota. The staffs are supportive and specialised in their subjects. Theory's are explained with practical knowledge in the lab section. The course curriculum is followed by structured lecture plan. Exams and other practical sections are conducted as per the plan prescribed by the Anna University. Now the institution got an autonomous status, so the curriculum and exam pattern may change.
Other: When I studied, fee and other exam fee were collected as per Anna University prescribed. Hostel fees and transportation fees were considerably good when compared to other colleges. Overall, I will give a good rating for my college because this college management comes under SNR Sons Charitable Trust, so they value for education, money, and culture. I'll surely recommend for my college to my juniors to study engineering in future.
