TNEA counselling is conducted online in 4 rounds as per the schedule. Candidates need to participate in corresponding rounds based on their rank.

Easwari Engineering College is good.

Placements: About 70 percent of students are placed. The average salary package is 7 LPA, while the highest package is 40-plus LPA. Various companies, including service-based and product-based firms, visit the campus for placements. It is mandatory in the department to complete an internship period before the 6th semester.

Infrastructure: The labs are great, although students are supposed to bring their own laptops. Food in the canteen is affordable and great. Sports facilities are very limited. All college buses are air-conditioned and run twice a day. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus, and overall, the infrastructure is good.

Faculty: The faculty is good and always tries to help students. They are knowledgeable and aim to train students to industry standards. The curriculum is relevant and aligned with industry requirements. There are two unit exams, two CAT exams, two group presentations, and two assignments for all courses in a semester. It is easy to pass the exams using the study material provided by the faculty and the college.

Placements: 98.5% of students have been placed. The highest salary package offered is above 50 LPA, and the lowest 3 LPA. The placement opportunities in SRM Easwari Engineering College Ramapuram are very good. TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, and other companies are the major recruiters from the college.

Infrastructure: We have good infrastructure, with well-equipped classrooms, department libraries, research laboratories, Computer labs, etc. The college mainly focuses on the Research Cell. They also started a new Startup Peravai cell, which consists of students who are interested in startups of their own ideas.

Faculty: Faculty members are generally qualified with maximum qualifications like doctorate degrees. They are very good and friendly. The courses taken here are very relevant and useful for the industry in real life for students. The pass percentage is very decent with 6 grades, and exams are moderate in difficulty level.

Other: It is a very good college, and equalises studies and entertainment in a very good manner. There are various Hackathons as well as various cultural events.

The college's best feature is the campus life and the crowd.

Placements: I am currently in my second year, so I don't know much about placements yet. However, I have heard from students in other batches that placements are okay to good. Overall, they told me that the experience is average to good and differs from student to student. But for meaningful internships, we have to search on our own.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure needs improvement. It is improving now, but many parts of it are still a bit uncomfortable. However, as mentioned before, rapid improvements are taking place. The classrooms don't have AC. I did not expect AC in the classrooms, but if that was an expectation, then no, we don't have AC in the classrooms.

Faculty: Many teachers are supportive. They give us guidance and direction for our studies, careers, etc. But sometimes I feel that the teaching methods or concepts are too general, so I would rate the teaching quality as average to good. The course curriculum is good. They have changed the curriculum this year. It focuses on making students more industry-ready than the previous one.

Other: I chose this course because it covers a lot of areas. After finding my interests, I thought I would join a narrower field for my higher studies. However, I feel that it covers way too many subjects with okayish depth.

It has really good infrastructure.

Placements: Our college offers a variety of courses like AIML, IT, AIDS, and Robotics. The placements at Easwari Engineering College have significantly increased since last year. The college organizes various events, expert talks, and placement preparation sessions for students. The highest package from IT has been 50 LPA. Easwari is the best.

Infrastructure: Very good Wi-Fi connection, OS lab, and other labs with good computers. We can work on those computers ourselves. The college encourages sports like kabaddi, football, archery, etc. Nice people, and the canteen is the best. I love the chicken noodles and chicken fried rice at our college, and puffs are available during break time. The college has a very impressive robotics lab.

Faculty: Knowledgeable faculty members are available in IT. The course curriculum is very relevant. We learn OS, software testing, software development, and DSA, which are very relevant to Information Technology. It is very helpful. Semester exams are of medium difficulty, and with the help of teachers, we can definitely get good marks.

Placements: Basically, above 8 CGPA will be considered for the placement activities. There will be a category for placement activities such as Marque Superdream. Salary package offered was 40 LPA. For placements, companies like Autodesk, Amazon, and Google visit the campus. All roles are there based on your talent. Students get internship offers. But they can also get their internship on their own. An OD will be provided to students who go for internships, and separate coaching is also given to them for the placement based on the category they got selected.

Infrastructure: There are many labs and clubs to enhance the talent of the students. Any student can join any club based on their interest. We also have technical and non-technical activities. Students are provided with question banks for studies. Notes are also provided. If students attend the classes, it is easy to write the exams well.

Faculty: Teachers are very kind. They are always helpful to students. Exams and tests are conducted. Core concepts are also taught well. Semesters are easy. No exam will be tough if you really study and understand the concepts.
