SRM TRP Engineering College is absolutely a good college.
Placements: The college has good placements for students. Top companies like Google, Microsoft, IBM, Dell, and Amazon visit the college to select students for the job. The average package is 4 LPA, and the highest package is 80 LPA. Top roles are offered by the companies.
Infrastructure: The hostel is amazing and the food also is very good. We have Wi-Fi in the hostel and Wi-Fi in the classroom. Labs are well-maintained properly. There is a hospital too for students. We have a big football ground, basketball ground, volleyball ground and a gym too.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. They all are PhD holders. All teachers are really helpful to students. Teachers give practice for placements for students. In each class, there are mentors for students, and if any student is in a problem, the mentor helps them to solve the problem.
Other: I choose this course to become an electrical and electronics engineer. I want to get placed in core companies like Samsung. There is a scholarship facility for students.

Our college is a good college and they should expect more freedom.
Placements: About 95% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Our department had recruitment from many core companies. Our course had let students to higher positions like HR and people who excelled have got jobs abroad.
Infrastructure: Everything was good on campus rather than Wi-Fi, hostel food, and canteen facilities. We had well-developed lab facilities. Our campus was big but our college was average in size. We had medical facilities and sports facilities but sports facilities had to be improved.
Faculty: This college had many friendly faculty members and good coaching. They also give a good pass percentage. This course was relevant as per the curriculum of Anna University. This college made students ready for the industry. Students' initiative is the first and foremost part of our college.
Other: The college should initiate some industrial visits. They must add on lectures of some mentors outside.

Constant placement drives are conducted at regular interval with good placement training.
Placements: More than 98 percentage of students are placed in my course. Constant placement drives are conducted at regular interval. Placement trainings start from 1st year itself so when you will go for placement in the final year you have a great chance to grab the job.
Infrastructure: Best infrastructure is available in this college compared to other colleges in Trichy zone. Hostel facility and canteen are exceptionally good. College is well connected by the various city around the Trichy zone like Thanjavur, Pudukottai by college bus.
Faculty: All the faculty members are well qualified and possess a great amount of experience in the field. Most of the faculty members have done doctorates and they teach with many practical examples. The faculty members are very helpful and will guide you whenever you need.

Placements: Special placement training was given to final year and pre-final year students. Around 95% of our students are placed. The top recruiting companies are Zoho, TCS, Infosys, CTS, GE, Aqua sub etc. The students got placement according to their interests in the IT field or Core Industry. The placed students got a minimum salary package of 3.5 L per annum.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good infrastructure with playgrounds. Twice in a week, they will conduct value-added course to build our career. The central library covers all the books, magazines, Newspapers etc to develop the students' knowledge. It also has competitive books to prepare for the competitive exams along with the academics.
Faculty: Our stream has a good quality of faculty members to train and motivate the students with a spirit. The students can learn and transform their lifestyle with the guidance of faculty members. The faculty is knowledgeable and supportive.

Dissatisfied because of faculty members.
Placements: Placements are not much good. Companies related to call centre (BPO), KPO and networking are only coming for the placements. Only 2 to 3 software companies came, and they didn't send the call letters to the selected persons yet. We are waiting for the call letter from the past one year.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are not much good. Comparing to labs, classrooms are little better. Mainly, electrical lab, machines lab, communication labs must have more facilities. In the canteen, only limited food is available, like varieties of rice and curd rice. Nothing is there more than that.
Faculty: Some faculty are good, and they teach in a perfect way that we can understand well. But some faculty members are there who ruin the college name just by their activities and way of teaching. This kind of faculty members doesn't teach at all. They just read what is there in the books and show partiality among students.

I am dissatisfied because of the placements.
Placements: They offer only the core and BPO companies. No IT jobs are provided. Even the provided placements have very low salaries. The placement officers are also not involved in this. Only 30% of the students from our batch have been selected in the placements. They will not allow you for the internships.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility on this campus. They have just kept the Wi-Fi facility for the namesake, and it is in the principal's room. But the infrastructure is very good, and they have been developing the college. The library has been good, and the books are also efficient to read. The labs have been worth here.
Faculty: The faculty are very good when compared to that of the other colleges. Their ways of teaching are also good. All the faculty members are ME-candidates. The faculty members are very friendly to the students. They will be clearing the doubts in the class itself. They will be teaching using PPTs.

Excellent campus life amazing teachers.
Placements: The college had a good placement team. The whole team worked hard to place students in good companies. They organized placement training sessions from the first year itself to prepare students for the interview. They put great efforts, especially for final year students. In the end, about 90 percent of students are placed in good companies .
Infrastructure: The college had good lab facilities. The library had an enormous collection of books for reference and the college also provided course-related books to the students. The canteen served good food. There was a hospital for any medical emergency. We had excellent classroom atmosphere.
Faculty: Each faculty member had a unique way of teaching. They also guided the students for many symposium and co-curricular activities. They had great technical skills. Each and every faculty helped me in my project. My project got selected in Neyveli lignite corporations and I won a cash prize as well as an award.
Other: I love this course and apart from the syllabus, I love to do research.

There is nothing for dissatisfaction.
Placements: Our college has good placement and training department to train students for their future jobs and knowledge from first to final year. Because of this students got placed in top MNC, I also placed in 4 companies which is branded, core and MNC.
Infrastructure: Very happy to share my experience about my college. Our college provides an excellent learning environment and lab facilities, useful to gain more practical knowledge and provides an opportunity to learn more things. In our college hostel and surroundings seem good.
Faculty: Our college has good faculty members encourage students to take part in much activities as possible. Well, our Electrical and Electronics department HOD, staff members helps me to secure good grades in Anna university examination. I am proud to say I'm the topper of the department.
Other: Our college gives an opportunity to participate National and international level competition. We a team of 6 members participate in smart India Hackathon and won a prize amount of rupees 1 lac.
