Review of Dhaanish Ahmed College Of Engineering.
Placements: The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. Zoho, Accenture, Wipro, etc., are the top recruitment companies. Placements for mechanical engineering are average, and this college is supportive of placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is somehow fine for students. There are good laboratories and classrooms. The infrastructure in our college is the best when compared with other GGSIPU colleges. Our campus consists of three to four canteens, and they are well maintained. The food served here is also delicious. DCAC does not cover as much ground area as one would expect from a college. However, students would be surprised to see how the college still has every essential infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. The living spaces are clean and hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers are very good and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching in our course is at par with one of the best faculty members at Delhi University. Teachers have also published authors. Therefore, the curriculum is up to speed with the recent developments.

It is a good college with a very assertive and active placement department.
Placements: Placements are always more than 90%. Companies offer 3.5 LPA as the lowest salary package and the highest salary package offered is 9 LPA. Roles like developer, a database administrator in IT field and roles like IOT field Engineer, circuit designing in electrical and electronics field, are offered here.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are not perfect and high-tech but are neat enough for learning. Hostel food is very good, Medical facilities and sports division are very active. Canteen food is hygienic and clean. Water facility is always good and clean.
Faculty: Teachers here are very friendly and assertive. They are qualified and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant and is taught according to Anna University's syllabus. The syllabus is very easy, and semester exams are also easy because of the training given by the faculty members before university exams.

The college is worth the money.
Placements: When I joined in 2013, the placements were really good for electrical engineering department as companies like Bosch visited for placement. In 2017, the placements are not very good. Half of the batch got BPO offers and only 8 they placed in EETC and Podigai Power. The salaries are just around 1.25L PA.
Infrastructure: DACE doesn't have many buildings. They have just one rectangular block where departments are allocated on each floor. For EEE department, we have 2 smart classes with full furnished laboratories. Actually, EEE is the first department which was started by our college so they have all the facilities for us such as a separate department library. Hostel - The rooms are okay. We have two types of rooms, A/C and non-A/C. The mess is good. On Friday, non-veg food is provided.
Faculty: In my department, not all the faculty members are good. We have 18 staff members who work for our department. Out of that, only 4 are outstanding and the others just come and go. They prepare you for the exams by taking texts. We used to have two guest lectures in a year.
Other: There is no partiality done. For Muslims, there are separate prayer halls for boys and girls. The most important thing is that there will be a class committee meeting where you can put forward all your demands. They have satisfied all our demands. Our principal will encourage a lot to people who want to participate in extracurricular activities. Our management will provide 30% of our financial expenses if we go out of Tamil Nadu for participation.

Placements: Faculty members in the cell are skilled and experienced who have good affinity with the students. Students of DACE will be trained throughout the year, from the starting of the first year by off qualified trainers, special training will be provided for the students every time they go for any recruitment. MOUs with other professionals societies and industries are maintained to network the student. 90% students got placed. The highest salary offered was: 6 Lacs per annum, average: 4.5 Lacs per annum. VIBM, TCS, CTS and Inosys were top recruiters.
Infrastructure: We have lot of infrastructure like: wi-fi, different laboratories, non academic courses, digital classrooms and many books in library. Our hostel is the best in class with only 2 people per room with large space. Quality of food is excellent and many facilities like medical van and canteen with best foods and sports grounds like kabbadi, tennis, football and badminton are available.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and everyone is Ph.D. qualified and very knowledgeable. Quality of teaching is excellent. Course curriculum is very relevant to the industry and it is industry ready course with high level of practical knowledge and very good laboratory. The coordinators were very helpful.
Other: I did this course because I was very interested and curious towards it. The best thing about course is that it was the best and industry leading technology. The thing that would be better about my course is that the collaboration between two leading technology like programming and IC manufacturing should be linked between them and make it useful.

The college is a gateway of excellence.
Placements: 80% of students were placed in my course. The highest salary offered is 5 lacs per annum. The average salary offered is 2.4 lacs. IBM (GTS) recruited the students.
Infrastructure: The college has full equipped computer lab with good software. We also have a Mega library with more than 4 lacs books. We also have smart room class with projectors. In my college, we have a mess as well as canteen. Soft drinks and snacks will be available in the canteen during breaks and lunch. We have all the sports facilities with all equipments.
Faculty: The teachers are well trained and experienced with great knowledge. They are the source of our growth. The college provide good quality teaching. The course curriculum is relevant to the current industry. We also have industry experts for discussion.
Other: My passion is to be a software developer or work in electronic core field. So I preferred electrical and electronics as my course. More innovative and effective use of technology would be better. We have symposium, sports day, cultural and technical clubs for extracurricular activities.
