With a 70 percent in class 12 th you can apply for BCom at St Paul's college. It cannot be surely said that you will or will not get the admission with 70 percent. Although the number of specialities available in Bsc is more in Reva university. The fee structure of both these Institutes are almost same. The placement packages of Reva university are also better, but if we talk about specific Bsc course, then St Paul's college will be a better option. So final choice should be made keeping all factors like faculties, infrastructure etc. in mind.
