It is an excellent college in NCR.

Placements: Many students got placed from our college. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. MNCs and many other companies visit our college for recruitment. Around 50% of students got an internship, which is very good.

Infrastructure: Our college provides every facility such as labs, classrooms, library and workshops. The quality of the food served was also excellent. But they won't allow for game and sport during your study periods. They only concentrate on the study. There is a huge playground for sports where we can go during sports time.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college concentrate on study and better future of students. They work hard for students. They are very supportive and understanding. They cover the syllabus within the given time period. Teachers have good knowledge about the book and other fields too.

Other: This college has a value for money paid. The college has low fees structure and also provides the easy method of payment through EMI. The college environment is good and free. Students make a friendly environment.

This college won't satisfy your study goals until and unless it gets a sufficient no. of professors.

Placements: This college is a disappointment in terms of placements for mechanical as well as civil engineering students. The highest package offered was 1.2 lakhs and the lowest was 70,000. Executive profiles were offered to students. HCL, Haldiram, Genpact, Accenture etc visited for placements. About 38 students were placed this year. A bad placement record points to the faculty members' teaching ways and study material they provide to students. The campus has a shortage of professors.

Infrastructure: It does not provide Wi-Fi. Labs are well equipped and classrooms are a bit bright to focus on the board. The library is not up to the mark due to inefficiency and does not have the best books. We face a lack of books and the book issue problem is also there. No such medical facility is provided with no farewells and no fresher parties. Sports and games are organised once in 2-3 years. The water cooler is not tidy and gives really jaw-freezing chilled water. Labs are really good and well-equipped with experimental objects but the robotics lab is just a showoff. Only a few students can join robotics due to lack of seats and the incapability of staff members.

Faculty: Sunderdeep College was considered one of leading colleges in the area till 2012. After that, the best teachers resigned from the college due to some internal clashes and dominating job work. Teachers were supposed to sign a contract with the college for the teaching job so again, many teachers left their job due to which the campus is facing a shortage of teachers. A single teacher teaches different subjects to different years of BTech. Students were forced to remain inside the college campus and were not allowed to have food outside the college as the canteen food is not hygienic and bad taste-wise. The place is not tidy. Due to such restrictions, the college is facing a shortage of new students.

Other: if you really want to grow then please seek a better college like AKG, ABES, KIET etc. A college with a shortage of professors cannot provide you with the best knowledge and time management. In labs, a student is supposed to write down his file for the whole 2 hours of the lab period which is a waste of time. A student is supposed to reach the college by 9.15 AM and can leave only after 4.15 PM. It is kind of a boundation that youngsters deny to cope up with. Channels are locked so that students cannot go outside the campus even for lunch, even when knowing that the canteen food tastes really bad that no one would eat for free. A bad placement record arises the question towards the quality of knowledge provided to students.

Overall, it is my best experience of life in SDEC. This is the perfect college for B.Tech.

Placements: The placement cell is working hard for the students for their better future. Approximately 46% students got placed. The highest package was 3.25 lacs and the lowest was 1.6 lacs. At that time, 27 companies had visited and I remember only a few names. Oyo and Kariya G Groups had visited the campus, and GET(graduate engineer trainee) post was provided.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are the very best for the study and the library is fully equipped with new gadgets. There is always a doctor present in our college. We have much space so sports activities are regularly organised. There are separate labs for each subject and lab assistants are provided for guidance.

Faculty: Each faculty member has their individual image and the relation between student and faculty members is really unbelievable no doubt. The faculty members of SDEC are great and always approachable for the students' help. If any student is facing any kind of frustration or problem, they try to solve it.

Other: I secured lower ranks in my competitive exams. So, my brother suggested me to take admission in this college. Because of its marketing technique. Initial one year was good, but after that there was no management what so ever. Every person at higher level looking to take credits for everything good & blamed student for anything wrong in college. Teachers are good and supportive but always put under the pressure of stupid paper work. Campus is huge, however they close the gates of building to ensure attendance of students. So, for me it is a Big No. The management first needs time to clear off their head.
