Really good infrastructure facility. THK Jain is totally a worthy college to invest your years.

Placements: There are a total of 30 students in my batch. I am from the Journalism Hons Department. We have done workshops with Taaza TV and several other news houses. The placement rate is moderate, and the average pay is just as the current market payment. I like the faculty a lot because they are very helpful and treat us like family.

Infrastructure: The campus is very nice, very big. We have a canteen which serves good food at a reasonable price, computer labs, AV rooms, a studio, and also a voice-over room. We can also take a good walk around our ground. We have full centralized AC in our library and also an OPAC system.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified yet know how to give the best input, which can be understood by all. The different workshops make the students ready for the industry. Our Journalism department worked with different news houses, which gave the students a good view of the industry and also made them aware. The semester exams are fully logic-based. If you attend the lectures and crack the concepts, you can score well. Up to 80% CGPA is required.

Other: I chose this course, especially in this college, because I found it fully equipped with the things I really need, creating a good base for my upcoming career.

Our college has very good facilities and professors.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in our college is great. They place 60 students in one batch. I don't know about the internships because of this pandemic situation. But college organises some quizzes and other programs for students benefits and imporiving knowledge.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi, library, labs, and classrooms are great. Sports and games are also good. The canteen is very clean & with the very affordable and tasty food and good facility. The library has an internet connection also. Students also get Wi-Fi free from college on daily basis.

Faculty: Teachers of our course are very much helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. All the teachers solve our problems and are very much friendly. The semester exams are not very much difficult. The arrangements for the exam are comfortable for the students.

Other: The events, fest, and campus are great. The campus is covered with greenery all around. The college organises guest lectures by some famous professors.

The review of Tara Devi Harakh Chand Kankaria Jain College.

Placements: Don't know about the placements in our college it is still a mystery but I have heard that there are placements in our college at the time of admission, but haven't heard about any placements from seniors till now. Let's hope for the best this time.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our college is good compared to other colleges in Kolkata as it has many types of equipment for journalism students. There is a good ground with clean toilets and a good canteen. The college provides buses for the transportation, and the classrooms are big and good.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful qualified and knowledgeable with a friendly behaviour with students and have good skills. They give time to every student and take care of the students who are not so good in the studies, but there are some ups and downs everywhere.

Other: Inter-college competitions, annual fest, Jaineaster fest, fashion shows are organised in the college.
