MBA in Oil and Gas Management (Petroleum Marketing and Business Development)

MBA is a two-year course divided into four semesters. UPES Dehradun offers MBA in 25 specialisations under 12 core streams through the UPES School of Business. The Global MBA course of UPES is offered for a duration of two-year with one-year in campus and another year in overseas universities. Check below some of the MBA specialisations:

Candidates who have passed graduation in any stream along with Class 10 and Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate can apply for MBA course. Apart from meeting the eligiiblity requirement, candidates also need to pass either UPESMET/ CAT/ CUET PG  for admission to MBA course. In case, any aspirant fails to secure the minimum marks* specified by the university, he or she will need to appear for UPESMET. For admission to Global MBA, aspirants only need to come for the PI round. The shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview round for further selection. After completion of the selection rounds, aspirants will need to prove their eligibility by provding necessary documents for verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

The university provides merit-based scholarships to MBA students. Check below the details:

All students who have applied for admission to UPES - Experience Centre MBA courses (regular) except Global Pathway Program (GPP) and have done graduation from any recognised university exam (mentioned under AIU) shall be eligible for consideration for this scholarship. However, this Scholarship shall be awarded only to those students who have complied with below-defined scholarship criteria for the first year. There is no subsequent renewal.
