A honest review by a truthful student.

Placements: Maybe 30% of students in our seniors are getting placed in placements. This year, the highest package for civil engineering students may be an upto 1.20 LPA. Top recruiting companies for civil engineering students are L&T and Ultratech. Many students got internships but only less people got placements. Top roles offered in civil engineering are highway designer, site engineer, and quality check engineer.

Infrastructure: Classes are quite large, but they don't have proper ventilation facilities for civil engineering students. Wi-Fi is not available, computers in library are not working, etc. As far as I know about the hostel, there are no good comfort facilities, and food is not good.

Faculty: Teachers are good skillful and qualified but students can't understand what they are teaching. Teaching quality is good but they can't teach in a way a student can understand the concept. Course curriculum is relevant and good, and it makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are neither difficult nor easy, pass percentage is good.

Other: I chose this course because I chose the same course in diploma, so I wanted to continue the course. The best thing about our course is joy of learning. I think software involvement should be more in civil engineering. Fests are conducted frequently.

I am very satisfied with teachers, placements, environment, and laboratories of our college.

Placements: Nearly 50% of students were placed in our civil engineering course. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.8 LPA. Recruiters were Tech Mahindra, TCS, and Amazon. Nearly 25% of students got internships in our course.

Infrastructure: At Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology, facilities were good. Classrooms were clean. There was no Wi-Fi on campus, but classrooms were good. Library was also neat and clean. It had books of all branches. Good quality facilities were available in our hostel. The quality of food was good in the mess and canteen.

Faculty: Teachers helped with my studies and I qualified for the exams in mid and semester exams. The teaching quality was very good. I understood the concepts. The course curriculum was relevant. It made me and my friends industry-ready. Our branch and course subjects were difficult, but our faculty taught all the concepts to improve our skills.

Other: I chose this course because I build buildings and dams. The best thing about our course was the labs. There is nothing to change in our course. In our college, annual day and fests are celebrated for 3 days. Scholarships were available.

Overall, I am satisfied with the college.

Placements: More than 50% of students got placed in the final year. The highest package offered is 6 LPA, the lowest package is 4 LPA. Accenture is the top recruiting company. TCS and Infosys also come here. 50% of students get internships in their final year. Software developer and tester roles are offered.

Infrastructure: The campus environment is good. The classrooms are good with good ventilation. We have a good library, and you will get all your course-related books in the library. Labs in our college are average. Wi-Fi is not available on our campus. We have internet connection only in the labs. The hostel is only available for girls on our campus, and the quality of food in the mess is just okay. Sports facilities are not good.

Faculty: The teachers on our campus are well educated and qualified. They are very helpful. The teaching quality in our college is good. Our teachers help us get good knowledge in our course, and they make us industry-ready. Our college is affiliated with JNTUK, and exams are conducted under JNTUK. Semester exams are tough.

Other: I chose this course because the course is in demand. Our college conducts some events and fests every two years. We have good connectivity with friends.

Placements: Around 73% of the total students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc. Around 58% of students got internships from our course in the above-mentioned companies. The top roles offered are as a software engineer and structural engineer and many other roles.

Infrastructure: Our college encourages Wi-Fi facilities to best because they can be in helpful self-reading. Top labs, classrooms, and library are provided. We have air-conditioned classes and the library is provided for all the students and faculty members. The quality of the food served is excellent in our canteen and our college encourages sports to the best level in our curriculum. Every week there is a games period provided to every class.

Faculty: Every teacher is highly qualified and helpful to the students. They are very knowledgeable and quality education is provided. The course curriculum makes students ready for the industry and they make the child ready for everything that helps him to survive in the future. Normally semester exams are very easy as they prepare for us in a good manner and the total overall 99% is the pass percentage which is the best that college can have with their best faculty and great teaching skills.

Other: I chose this course because it is very interesting and has practical subjects. They help us to learn this course practically to the best of their knowledge. Nothing needs improvement in our course as it is very well facilitated in our college. Events are occurring weekly which helps the students to obtain skills and the fest is held yearly. Everything is good including campus surroundings, scholarships, and extracurricular activities.
