VVITAT 2026: Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus, Results

VVIT Admission Test (VVITAT) is the entrance exam for admission to BTech course in Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh. The test paper will have questions from class 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics topics. Admission through VVITAT are offered to students who meet the eligibility criteria.

While filling the application form, the candidates will have to fill academic, personal and contact details. All of the filled-in details have to be valid. Candidates applying for VVITAT must check the eligibility criteria given below before applying. The following are the eligibility criteria to apply for BTech admission.

• Passed 10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with an aggregate of 60% (55% for SC/ST).

BTech Selection Process

Candidates are given admission to BTech programme based on following scores.

• Marks in 10+2, OR
• VVIT University Admission Test (VVITAT 2026) Percentile, OR
• 60 Percentile and above in JEE 2026, OR
• A valid Rank from any State Government recognized entrance test for Engineering.

The VVITAT 2026 question paper will have 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), 25 each from Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. The entrance exam will be conducted for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Candidates appearing for the VVITAT must prepare strictly based on the official syllabus. As per information available in the institute website, the question paper covers topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, based on Class 11 and Class 12 curriculum. Students must study using the NCERT and school textbooks and make sure that all the topics included in the syllabus are covered.
