Good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Placements in our college were pretty good. TCS visited the campus to recruit the students, and 10% of the students from our class got placed. This is a huge percentage considering that the placements are not offered to regular courses. They also recruited other candidates from other departments. The average salary offered to the students was Rs. 15,000 which was sufficient for a beginner. The companies were keen on making the girls independent and gave us the time to complete our exams and then join the organisation.
Infrastructure: Quality of classrooms was pretty good. We also used the library to its full potential. The canteen provided healthy and tasty food at minimal prices. Classrooms were pretty clean and well ventilated. The canteen also maintained hygiene. Laboratories have good ventilation. The new classrooms had white walls which beautifully reflect the sunlight in classrooms. Projectors are available to show movies.
Faculty: The teachers were very co-operative and knowledgeable. They provided quality teaching using modern techniques. The student to faculty ratio was 10:1. The teachers formed small groups of students and decided to take the group under their tutelage to provide the students with special coaching after the slotted class. They encouraged us to write our own papers and were always ready to correct them for us and point out our mistakes.

Faculty and infrastructure are good.
Placements: As our course was related to English literature, they don't provide any placement facilities for us. But our college tried to provide placements for the students, and they invited MNCs like TCS where they selected about 15-20 students. Our college tries to go beyond their scheduled work and help students with various facilities.
Infrastructure: Our college has three buildings. One is the old structure, and the other two are comparatively new buildings. All these departments are divided according to the time schedule of classes, i.e., morning sessions, afternoon sessions, and evening sessions. Our college has well-equipped laboratories and two libraries. There are common rooms for boys and girls, and we also have huge and airy classrooms.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very efficient and helpful. Most of them have completed their PhDs, and they're teaching here for many years. They have a lot of experience. The course curriculum that the college follows is decided by Calcutta University as our college is affiliated to that University. Our college has been accredited with A+ by NAAC.
Other: Events like freshers' party, farewell party, annual sports day, intercollege competitions, and celebrations of various festivals are organised here.
