No, The conducting authority will start the AP PGECET Phase II self-reporting of the candidates based on the announcement of AP PGECET 2025 counselling notification. AP PGECET counselling process takes place online and is conducted by Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam. Candidates who have qualified AP PGECET entrance test or GPAT or GATE are eligible for admission counselling. It is conducted in rounds depending on seat intake. The fee for AP PGECET counselling is INR 1000 (OBC and BC) and INR 500 (SC and ST) applicable for GATE, GPAT, and AP PGECET qualified candidates. It has to noted that the AP PGECET counselling fee is non-refundable.

The qualifying percentage marks for obtaining a rank in Andhra Pradesh PGECET 2025 is 25%, which is 30 marks out of 120 marks (in total). However, for SC/ST candidates, there is no minimum qualifying mark for ranking. The cutoff marks for Andhra Pradesh PGECET will be made available after the announcement of the Andhra Pradesh PGECET results. The Andhra Pradesh PGECET counselling will be done based on the Andhra Pradesh PGECET cutoff marks, which will be published on the official website.

Those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be able to apply for the exam. The candidate must be an Indian national residing in Andhra Pradesh. The candidate should satisfy local/non-local residing status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974, as subsequently amended. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in the relevant field with 50% marks (unreserved category). The reserved category students must score 45% marks.

The facility for correcting the submitted Andhra Pradesh PGECET application form will be available for candidates. Candidates can make changes in the application form online only. The AP PGECET correction facility is available after the completion of the registration process. The particulars that can be edited are photo, signature, qualifying exam details, etc.
