Choosing SRM: My Path to BTech in Biotechnology
Choosing the right college and course was like riding a roller coaster for me. After a lot of research, I chose the SRM Institute of Technology (SRM). The college was identified as one of the leading institutions, especially in Biotechnology. The strong alumni, and curriculum attracted me to the institute. I chose BTech in Biotechnology because I love Technology and creativity, along with Biology.
Embracing Change: My Journey at SRM and Growth through Innovation
My life was completely transitioned when I joined the college. There were many ups and downs. But, those experiences molded me into someone who is more resilient and who appreciates the purpose. I started adapting to the change and transitioning myself authentically. The environment and opportunities at SRM Institute of Technology made it easy.
Joining the technical team at SRM was a key moment in my journey as it connected me to various new opportunities. It has provided me with a place to explore innovative projects and work with other like-minded people. The college provided me with an opportunity to learn, improve, and further develop a broader perspective on problem-solving and Technological skills. Working with the technical team gave me experience and also exposure to working on cutting-edge projects. I want to be a Social Media Content Planner and a Designer. I am learning Fusion 360 and AutoCad. Outside the classroom, I enjoy sports. I am the captain of Table Tennis team and a member of the Badminton team of the college.
The placement details are yet to ne released. However, the student of SRM Institute of Science and Technology shared their reviews on the Shiksha page. According to the most recent reviews of students, 90% of the batch 2023 was placed successfully in reputed companies. The the highest and average package offered during the recent SRM Institute of Science and Technology placements stood at INR 21 LPA and INR 3.40 LPA, respectively. Building Skills, Shaping the Future: My SRM Experience
I am an aspiring Graphic Designer. I keep learning to improve my skills and enhance my creativity. I have also learned that it is very important to face every challenge, as, it takes a lot of hard work to keep passion alive.
Overall, my goal is to grow. Be it designing, discovering Biotechnological solutions, or working on innovative products. Life at SRM has been an incredibly effective learning experience for which I will remain grateful forever. Technology, design, and problem-solving ignite my passion for living, and I will seize every opportunity that life gives me. In the mix of creativity and scientific curiosity, I look forward to shaping a future wherein the application of my skills will serve a purpose.
