KIITEE is basically the entrance test conducted by KIIT Deemed to be University for various courses, particularly in April. The process for which starts generally from late November and goes on till March. The interested candidates need to submit their application online and then the hard copy of the application needs to be sent to the office at KIIT.

The application form is free of cost and the test will be computer-based held in different slots at various centres across the nation. After downloading the admit card, which will be available in the first week of April you need to select the slot as per your convenience and schedule.

Particularly for admission in Engineering, questions will be from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and it has no negative marking. So, it is a must that you should not leave any question.

Regarding preparations for KIITEE, I won’t say that it is very tough but you need to practice a bit if you want to pursue your branch of choice. If you are clear with your basics then I think you will ace it easily. Particularly, for CSE and IT, you really need to have a good rank so be thorough with your basics. If possible appear for two-three mock tests and you will be ready.

The results are generally declared in the first week of May and will be communicated through text message and e-mail. The counselling schedule will be sent at your residential address through post. You can expect the counselling in the second week of May. And there are only two rounds of counselling.

At the time of counselling, you will have the option to choose your stream in which you are interested if you have a good rank otherwise it will be automatically displayed on the large screen as per your rank. But be wise and have a discussion with your parents and well-wishers before selecting the branch.

On the counselling day, you need to submit a DD of Seventy-Five thousand in favour of KIIT which includes counselling fee, and charges for laptop and other basic things. The remaining fee for the first semester you need to submit in the next fifteen days in the form of DD.

The reporting dates will be posted on the official website of KIIT in the last week of June and the reporting basically take place in the first week of July and it is branch wise.

So, I would suggest you all appear for it and have the experience, as the form is completely free and KIIT is one of the most beautiful universities in the country.
