CGET 2026 counselling: The CGET 2026 counselling schedule and information on CGET counselling process will be uploaded on the official website later. The CGET counselling 2026 will take place a few days after the declaration of CGET 2026 result. Candidates who will qualify for CGET 2026 & have their name on the CGET 2026 rank list will be called to participate in the CGET counselling process. The applicant, parents, or authorised local guardian should appear in person with the relevant documents in original for document verification. CGET counselling 2026 schedule will be available at the official website; admission.cgu-odisha.ac.in. However, Candidates can also check the counselling schedule on the CGET 2026 Exam dates page. CGET Counselling 2026 – Admission Procedure

- Candidates' admission will be based on the rank obtained in CGET 2026
- Candidates must complete payment in the form of a demand draft / RTGS/ NEFT/ UPI/ Online Banking/ Prescribed methods
- Candidates' admission will be liable for cancellation in case of any discrepancy
- Candidates can participate in the counselling only once

CGET 2026 Counselling – Documents Required
Candidates should bring the following documents in original along with two sets of photocopies:
- CGET 2026 e-Admit Card and CGET-2026 Result copy
- Class X Board Certificate as proof of the date of birth
- Mark sheet of qualifying examination or XII Hall Ticket (for candidates awaiting result)
- Community Certificate (for SC / ST only) for relaxation as per Govt. norms
- Counselling Fee as crossed Demand Draft or RTGS slip as proof
- Candidates should submit all the original relevant documents i.e. Mark Sheets, Transfer Certificate School Leaving Certificate etc. for document verification
- A provisional admission letter will be issued, indicating the programs

CGET Counselling 2026 – Refund of the fee
Candidates will get their fee refund if they cancel their admission due to any reason;
- Refund will be made as per the norms of UGC
- All refundable deposits will be returned, after deductions if any, at the time of completion of the course or on cancellation of admission. The refund will be made through account transfer to the account number mentioned in the withdraw request. Therefore, provide the current account number details. In case of refund through the DD, the DD will be made only in the name of the candidate
Discontinuance / Withdrawal from the Programme after Enrolment
- Candidates who want to leave the institution after joining the programme will have to submit a “No-Dues Certificate” issued by competent authorities. This should be accompanied by the application for withdrawal and the original fee receipt.
- The Original Certificates will be returned only on production of “No Dues Certificate” in the prescribed form, obtained from the Administrative Office.
- Refund policy applies as per the institute norms irrespective of whether the student attended class(es) or not.
