Engineering Colleges accepting JEE Main for B.Tech in Varanasi

IIT Varanasi BTech admission is based on JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Students qualify Class 12 from the recognised board with 75% marks for general category and 65% marks for SC/ ST. PwD candidates. 

The application fees for JEE Main is written below

• INR 1,000 for Male unreserved, OBC, EWS category candidates
• INR 800 for Female unreserved/OBC/EWS category candidates

Yes, it is compulsory for candidates seeking BTech admission at Galgotias University to have studied Mathematics in Class 12. The university has specified the eligibility criteria for BTech admissions. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates must have passed Class 12 with at least 50% (60% for some specialisations) in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Electronics/ Engineering Graphics/ Technical Vocational Subjects.
