It has really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Ours is the first batch of B.Tech (earlier it was BS in engineering sciences), so the on-campus placements are average for now and are still developing. Off-campus opportunities are quite good if we actively apply and build skills in our respective fields.
Infrastructure: Rooms are a little tiny, but the hostel facilities are respectable, clean, and well-kept, with a free Wi-Fi facility. The mess food is mediocre, and the prices seem fair considering what they offer. A free-of-cost 24x7 medical center is available. There is a shopping complex, which meets the needs of all basic necessities. In general, students who desire a structured environment can benefit from the infrastructure and support system.
Faculty: Teachers are more than helpful and are available whenever we need. Each course comprises 15-20 teaching assistants and PhD holders. They are always ready to clear all our doubts whenever needed. The exam system is well-structured. It conducts 3 quizzes (best of two are considered), a mid-semester exam, and an end-semester exam. Academics are good, balanced, and somewhat strict. For those who desire both discipline and exploration opportunities, it is worthwhile. '

Detailed information about IISER Bhopal.
Placements: It's a research institute, and many students want to pursue research or a PhD after BSMS. So for this reason placement rate is low, but not zero. There are some departments that have decent placements like economic science. IISERB also has internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: IISERB has a 24x7 Wi-Fi service. Labs and library services are available from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Hostels are good and have double occupancy. Mess food is also good (served 3 times a day). Both indoor and outdoor games are available with a proper playground.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated and helpful. Almost every faculty member is PhD holder from any famous institute. They all are incredibly knowledgeable. IISERB has 3 main streams 1st is BSMS Natural Science, 2nd is BS Engineering and 3rd is BS Economics. From 3rd year, students take their major and minor and then continue on it.
Other: IISERB is one of the best institutes for pursuing research. We get many exposure from the college. LoR is very helpful for further study. It is a crowdless campus. Scholarships are available. Almost every month we have 1 or 2 festivals or events.

If students want good exposure then they can come but not for placements.
Placements: There are very low placements. Most of them are going to research among 100 students. A maximum of 10 students got placements. The average package is 15 LPA. Data science students get the maximum package but this year economic science students got a package of 35 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and other facilities are very good. All the infrastructure like a mess, hostel, library, and other amenities are good. We have different types of sports courts in our college. We also have a health center in our college for medical facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members are quite good enough and very qualified. It is not a typical engineering course here. Most of the course curriculum depends on the research field. There is not much-applied thing or application-based, so we have to study hard to get good grades.
Other: I chose this because it's an Indian institute so the crowd here is very good. Majorly, the course curriculum is not for a typical engineering student like we can't pass the course just by learning last night before exams. Fests and events are very good.

A complete overview of IISER Bhopal.
Placements: This is a research institute, and placement is not the motive here, most of the students go abroad for internships and higher studies to pursue full-time research. People get funded education in top colleges across India, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is top-notch. Since it was founded recently (2008) the infrastructure is quite good. The labs have all sorts of equipment, machines, and facilities. We have Wi-Fi everywhere on campus, and it has a decent speed. Hostels are also good, although rooms are a bit small but yet manageable. Mess is also good. We have a health center inside the campus where 24/7 there is a doctor, nurse, and ward boy
Faculty: The professors are highly qualified and really helpful. Most of them have done Ph.D. and Post Docs from abroad in top colleges. They are very professional and welcome everyone to solve their doubts. They put effort into making us understand the topics they are teaching. Although the exams are slightly on the tougher side, given the efforts the professor puts in, one can do it.
Other: The course is a bit unique from traditional B.Tech. It is a bit more academic and research oriented rather than industry oriented. The fests take place in the even semester which includes Science, Cultural, Teaching, Arts, and sports fests.

IISER Bhopal BS EECS Review .
Placements: Very few students get placed because most of the students go for either higher studies abroad or in India. The highest package was around 31 Lacs per annum and the average stood around 19 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Nomura Bank, Barclays, and Dr. Reddy's Lab. Most of the roles offered are kind of analyst or scientific roles.
Infrastructure: The first-year hostels are quite good and totally new. Every undergraduate is given double accommodation with another student from their batch only. Single accommodation is given only to Ph.D. students. The infrastructure is quite modern and is good according to the 21st century. The laboratories are amazing and mind-blowing. The canteen food is quite acceptable and sports game facilities are very versatile.
Faculty: The faculty members are very qualified and active researchers in their respective subjects in the country. They have had many publications in their whole career. The course is quite industry-relevant and makes students industry-ready and a good fit for corporate roles and also for research roles. The semester exams are quite standard and one needs to study throughout the semester in order to pass them. Studying one day before the exam, like in engineering colleges, is not the thing here.

A Unique but Great Choice for Engineering College Life!
Placements: Most students interested in placements managed to secure offers, roles varied from traditional SDE & Data Science Associates to Investment Banking & Management roles, jobs at coaching classes, Big 4 consultant firms, tech-based startups also offered great packages in excess of 10lpa.
Infrastructure: Top of the line classrooms, lecture halls, laboratories, infrastructure in terms of technology as well as facilities like Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, etc. Mess food is of an acceptable standard, and so are the hostels, not luxurious but comfortable enough. Best sports and recreational facilities among all IISERs, by far.
Faculty: All professors and faculty members are well qualified, ably supported by teaching assistants from a variety of backgrounds. Courses are well structured, comprise of the latest developments in the field, aligning perfectly with global standards & well respected outside of India too. Exams are quite creative grading methodology is aimed at learning rather than scoring marks.
Other: Bhopal has several eminent Central government institutes that create a great circle, campus life, student councils and fests are resplendent, unique and very well organised.

Our college gives an amazing experience.
Placements: Placements are average. The highest and the lowest salary packages are 19.4 LPA and 8 LPA. Top recruitment companies include Deloitte. R&D, and research. Around 70% of students got internships related to research.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is excellent. Wi-Fi speed at the hostel is about 150 MBPS. All classrooms and libraries have Wi-Fi. Library is the best place that offers 1 GBPS. The quality of facilities in the hostel is excellent. Mess food is average. Medical facilities are good. There is a health center in which free medication is provided. Canteen is also good.
Faculty: All the teachers have doctorate degree. Teaching qualities are good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the student industry-ready. Exam difficulty is top-notch as a student who got 50% is considered a topper.
Other: I chose this course as it involves coding and I have an interest in it. The thing that would be better to improve is should have trial knowledge of coding. Events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity campus around us, scholarships, extracurricular activities, etc. are excellent. Events are an enthusiast. Sports connectivity is not that good as it is 20 km from the main city. There are clubs.

IISERB-A place to live............
Placements: My college is one of the bad colleges which can ever exist. To be honest, only infrastructure and free Wi-Fi are its benefits. Everyone is a maniac here and teachers don't have experience in teaching they are just teaching things which are already taught to us previously. We know these things from our class twelfth or college, so it would be much better if the teachers thought us really interesting things, rather than boring stuff. They even take the MAC addresses of the devices let it be laptops or mobile phones and any pirated website (VPNs, gaming sites, movie sites) will not work. It is like being in a cage, with everything necessary. To answer the question we don't have job security after getting a degree at IISER, we have fewer options with the heaviest competition.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi on campus is for free with its conditions of certain banned websites. Infrastructure is the best, with the perfect labs and its assistants, the library is meant to be only for study but here people dwell there for months like cavemen ( things don't get stolen - under CCTV surveillance ). Course books are insufficient so get them as soon as possible and yes teachers some are good and to some teachers are not. Hostels for newcomers is beautiful but later on, when you get shifted, you will know the consequences of old buildings. Mess is fine if you have an adjustable tongue but if you are addicted to food at home then you will have problems. Food quality depends on the mess contractor, but trust me it is up to you. We have two canteens one small and one big, both are as highly rated as their name. Sports huh! No time if you do manage to get some off your busy schedule, do play and all the best. (basketball, football, go for a jog). We do have a medical room very far from the students residential area at the shopping centre.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, why qualified they are overqualified, but they fail to help the students. Teaching quality is high and also the quantity. But you are short of time, so are in a hurry to complete the syllabus. This course if it is technical you may land in some MNCs or be a brat and work at the lowest paying company. Try for other jobs (Government if possible) option while being in college and once you get it run away.
Other: I chose my course assuming that I would be taught about electrical engineering but my first year they taught me nothing great. To be honest they are just making you fool. They could improve by teaching things that are relevant to the course. Yes, my college conducts fests.

All we can tell you is that the intake is just around 50 seats, so the competition will be pretty high. You should be having a high score in the IAT to make it throug
