The real experience of studying at JSS, Noida.
Placements: I am currently in the seventh semester (Electrical Engineering) so companies are visiting till now and demanding a high CGPA of above 7.5. The average salary package offered is around 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA. Our senior batch strength is 120. Out of 120 students, approximately 50% of students got placements. The highest salary package offered is around 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA. Companies like Samsung, Heavy Industries, Atkins, ArcelorMittal Design & Engineering Centre, Torrent Power, and many more visit the campus. Around 80-90% of students got internships with government entities like UPSCL, railways, etc.
Infrastructure: The college library is very good and contains all kinds of books that students need. The other facilities are in the worst condition. There is no Wi-Fi for smartphones. It is only available for laptops after we register our laptops in the registrar's office. All labs are outdated and their equipment is very old. Classrooms are the worst. There are no air conditioners in classrooms. In the summer season, students have to sit in these types of classrooms which only have fans. There are three hostels available on the campus. One hostel is for girls, and the other two hostels are for boys. The food in the boys' hostel mess is not good. The two boys' hostels are BH and ISH Hostels. BH is a standard hostel and the ISH hostel contains air-conditioned rooms but the mess for both hostels is present in the BH Hostel. The menu of the mess changes every day and students get breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Rooms are allocated as three sharing and in our last year of college, we get a single room for ourselves. Sports and games facilities of the college are good. There is a college team for every sport and students can join the sports team that they like the most. There are no medical facilities in the college.
Faculty: Teachers of the college are qualified and knowledgeable but they are not very helpful to students. Their teaching style or pedagogy is not up to the mark and many students find it very boring. The course curriculum is a bit relevant but not 100% relevant to real-world problems. It does not make students industry-ready but students always have something to learn from it. The difficulty level of semester exams varies from easy to moderate and students only need 30 marks out of 100 marks to pass semester exams. Students who study decently for exams can score good marks.
Other: I chose the electrical branch because it has a lot to learn about real-world technologies. The best thing about the course is that it makes students feel that they are doing a professional course. There are some areas in which the course curriculum lacks and the areas are to give more focus on real-world problems and make electrical students more familiar with the electrical industries rather than teaching them only the theoretical part. The teaching has to be improved to make good electrical engineers. From the current teaching method of teachers, there is no way that students are ready to step into the real world. Zealicon is the annual fest of the college which is held for 3-4 days. It depends on events. The last night of the fest where all the crowd gathered for DJ night was wholesome. It usually happens in April. The location of campus is in the prime area of Sector 62 Noida where students don't have any connectivity problems. The surrounding areas of the college are green and have a lot of parks. Government scholarships are available for all students which reimburse around 40-50% amount of the fee we paid in college for general, SC, ST, and OBC students. It reimburses 100% of the amount students pay in the college.

State-of-the-Art Infrastructure with Room for Academic Growth.
Placements: About 85-90% of people were successfully placed with an average package of 5 LPA. The highest package was 14 LPA for ION company. The least package was 1 LPA. In my course, STT TELEMEDIA showed up with the highest package. About 80% from my stream got placed in various companies like Accenture, Newgen, STT, Ericsson, ArcelorMittal, and many more. Graduate Engineer Trainee was amongst the top roles.
Infrastructure: I loved the infrastructure and the vibe JSS had. Also, the library system was quite appreciable as they provided students with a study-friendly environment with all the facilities available. The Wi-Fi connections were smooth, and classrooms were neat and clean. To be honest, I didn't like the hostel food that much personally, but still, everyone has different choices and tastes. Also, we were amongst the top colleges in competing for zonal sports.
Faculty: Faculty is one of the best things that JSS has. I am still connected to most of them as they are so friendly and knowledgeable that you can rush to them anytime for your doubts. Yes, up to a certain mark, students are ready for the industry as JSS not only focuses on knowledge but also pushes specific limits of the person in order to make them grow to a certain level. I would say that the passing ratio is close to 98%, which includes a backlog in one subject or two. Exams are not that difficult but can be twisting.
Other: Zealicon is the heart and soul of JSS as this is the main fest of the college.

Review of JSS Academy of Technical Education, JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Noida.
Placements: Almost 60% of students got placed in our college. Many students got placed in CS IT and core branches. Placements depend on students' hard work. They got placed with the highest salary package of 40 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, TCS, Zia Semiconductors, etc. Students got internships through their hard work. It depends on the department teachers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good compared to other colleges in NCR. Our college has a multi-purpose hall, a gym, an indoor badminton court, and Wi-Fi. We can use Wi-Fi on laptops. Its speed is very well-managed. Our college has a library. All classrooms are huge. Our college has 2 hostels. One hostel is for boys, and the other hostel is for girls. The food served in each hostel is good. They serve food 4 times a day.
Faculty: All teachers are very helpful. They clear all our doubts. Most of them are M.Tech qualified and Ph.D. holders. The course curriculum is very relevant. All subjects are a bit old. Most of them are up to date. Exams are moderate. Conceptual questions are asked in exams.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Our college provides better opportunities. It should introduce some new technologies. Our college conducts fests. Students can participate in all fests. Cultural activities are conducted in our college. Various seminars are held in our college for our improvement.

Our campus life is very good.
Placements: Placements are very good. Top recruiting companies are JSW, Gia Semi-Conductor, TCS, etc. Many students got placed in the software IT industry. The average salary package offered was 5 LPA. Try to stay connected to seniors and professors for better opportunities.
Infrastructure: Laboratories are very good. Idea laboratory is better. You will get great support from seniors. Hostel is very good.
Faculty: Professors are excellent. Faculty members are very supportive. This college is affiliated with AKTU. The course curriculum is updated. Sessional exams are conducted twice each semester. Semester exams are moderate and depend on the notice from AKTU.
Other: I recommend students to join any society in this college. I chose this course because of my interest in it. You will evolve yourself after 4 years.

Our college has good facilities and infrastructure.
Placements: In our college, almost 80% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 11 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Tata Power, HCL, Samsung, Amazon, etc., visit our campus. Almost 20% of students get internships at DMRC, NMRC, and Tata Power. The top role offered is an electrical engineer trainee.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities. Wi-Fi is available. A huge library is available. Many books are available in the library. Projectors are available in classrooms. Labs are well-maintained. All instruments are working properly. Hostels have well-furnished rooms. Wi-Fi is available in the hostel. The quality of the food in the hostel is good. A canteen is available where you can get snacks.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-trained, well-educated, and experienced. They solved our problems after the classes. The teaching quality is excellent. The college arranged an industrial trip, where students applied theoretical and practical knowledge. Semester exams are average. The pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose this course because this branch has more opportunities in the government and private sectors. Our college organises many events for every occasion. Our college celebrates many fests. The college has good connectivity as it is connected to Delhi. Scholarships are provided.

WiFi is enabled and placement in the branch of cse and IT is about 100 percentage and other stream is about 70 percentage

You need atleast 250/360 to get an IIT provided that you score good in Advance and your Board class12 % is 90 above. **For instance you scored 90% above in boards and scored 200-230atleast in JEE-MAINS then you can get DTU and NSIT which are totally amazing colleges.
