The candidate's application form will be rejected if it does not meet the eligibility requirements. Therefore, the candidates should carefully read the eligibility criteria before applying for GUJCET 2023.  The list of eligibility requirements is as below.

• The candidate must be from India and reside in Gujarat.
• Candidates must have passed or appeared in 12th grade or an equivalent exam.
• For BPharm, the candidate must have studied either Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in 12th grade.
• For BE/BTech, the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in 12th grade.
• The general category candidates should have scored 45% in the grade XII board examination
• Reservation category students must have scored 40% in the grade XII board examination.

The complete procedure of filling the GUJCET application form 2023 is online. Candidates need to register on the official website, pay application fees, fill the application form, and upload scanned images of photos and signatures. Check details below

Step 1: GUJCET 2023 Registration

Registration is the first step in filling the application form for the GUJCET 2023. At the time of registration, candidates have to enter their basic details like name, mobile number, email ID, etc. Check below the list of all the required information at the time of GUJCET 2023 registration. 

• Surname, Student name, and Guardian name in the first column
• Select gender (Male/Female)
• Enter a valid mobile number
• Enter a valid email ID
• Set a suitable password
• Confirm the password
• Enter the captcha code
• Click on the “Register” button
• Complete the verification process

After successful registration, candidates will receive a user ID/application number and password on their registered mobile number and email ID. Candidates need to keep safe the details about the application form number and password as it will be required for future login.

Step 2: GUJCET 2023 Fee Payment

After the successful registration process, candidates need to pay the GUJCET 2023 application fees. The fee can be paid online using a credit/debit card or internet banking or through any branch of SBI. The amount of application fees is similar for all categories applying for GUJCET 2023.

• Click on the “Fee Payment” link
• Choose a payment method - credit card/debit card/net banking through the SBI EPay gateway

The application fee payment, once successful, will lead to the next page of filling the application form. Candidates need to save the payment details so as to avoid any payment-related issues with the GUJCET 2023 application form.

Step 3: Fill GUJCET 2023 Application Form

After the payment of fees, candidates need to fill the GUJCET application form 2023. The information in the application form has to be filled in carefully and should be as per the official documents. The following information has to be filled in GUJCET 2023 application form

• Caste category
• Fill in gender (Male/ Female)
• Family annual income
• PWD details (if applicable)
• Address details
• A valid email ID
• A valid mobile number

Step 4: GUJCET 2023 Photo and Signature Upload

Step 5: GUJCET Application Form Submission

The application form of GUJCET 2023 will be automatically submitted after the successful uploading of images. Candidates have to download the filled application form and take its printout. The print copy of the filled GUJCET application form 2023 needs to be kept safe till the completion of the admission process as it will be required at the time of the counselling process along with other necessary documents. 

After the application form is submitted, a facility for application form correction will be made available. During the application correction window, all registered applicants who wish to make any changes to their completed application form may do so. The form for changes will be available on the website and must be submitted by mail or in person at the GUJCET Cell in Gandhinagar on or before the deadline for corrections.
