DSSSB Application Form 2025: Apply Online Link for Librarian & PGT Posts

The DSSSB Application Form 2025 wasannounced by DSSSB on the official website for the posts of PGT (ADVERTISEMENT NO. 10/2024). Candidates can fill out the DSSSB online form by following the given steps:

• Visit the official website - dsssbonline.nic.in
• Click on ‘New Registration’, if you have not registered yet or click on the sign-in tab
• Fill out the DSSSB Online Form
• Upload the scanned photo and signature
• Pay the application fee (General/OBC- INR 100 and SC/ST/PwD/Ex-S/Females- Nil)
• Submit and save the confirmation page

Candidates can fill out the DSSSB online form on the official website of the board by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Register for DSSSB

To start with, candidates need to register as new users on the official website of the exam. For the same, candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

• Visit the official website of DSSSB - dsssbonline.nic.in
• Click on the 'Click for New Registration' Tab
• Enter the date of birth, class 10th roll number and class 10th passing year
• Click on Submit
• Enter name, parent's/spouse's name, gender, nationality, mobile number, email ID and registration password
• Read the undertaking and click on the checkbox at the bottom of the page
• Click on Submit
• Note down the DSSSB registration number and password 
• Click on Proceed

Step 2: Fill DSSSB Application Form 2025

Next, candidates need to login into their registered accounts and start filling out the application form by following the steps mentioned below:

• Visit the official website of DSSSB
• Enter the registration number, password and code visible on the screen
• Click on Sign in
• Click on the Apply tab
• Click on the Apply Now button of the post for which the application needs to be filled
• Enter the present and permanent address
• Select category
• Click on the Declaration checkbox
• Click on Submit
• Upload scanned images of photo, signature, left thumb impression and right thumb impression as per the specifications mentioned below:

• Click on Next
• Choose educational qualification
• Enter qualification, discipline, board/university name, percentage obtained, and passing month and year
• Click on the Insert Cancel link
• Click on the Final Save button
• Enter desirable educational details and experience, if required and click on Next
• Click on the Submit Final Application button

Step 3: Pay DSSSB Application Fee 2025

Once the application form is filled, candidates need to pay the application fee in online mode (through SBI e-pay) as per the post they are applying for. DSSSB application fee for a majority of the posts is INR 100. Also, women candidates and applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disability (PwD), and Ex-serviceman category are exempted from paying the application fee.

• Visit the DSSSB official website- dsssbonline.nic.in
• Click on the Forget Password button
• Enter the date of birth, class X roll number and class X passing year
• Click on the 'Get OTP on your Registered Mobile No/Email to Reset Password' button
• Enter the OTP in the space provided
• Click on the Reset Password button
• Create a new password

DSSSB Eligibility Criteria vary as per the post a candidate applies for under the official notification. However, the basic parameters that candidates need to fulfil in order to meet DSSSB Eligibility 2025 for different posts are given below:

Librarian

• Degree from a recognized University or Equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Diploma in Library Science or a recognized University/Institute or Equivalent
• Experience of Two Years in Library/ computerization of a Library (OR) One year Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institute or equivalent

Assistant Teacher (Nursery)

• Senior Secondary School (Class Twelve) certificate or Intermediate or its equivalent with at least 45 per cent marks from a recognized Board/ University
• Diploma/ Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education programme of a duration of not less than two years or BEd (Nursery) from a recognized Institute
• Must have passed Hindi at the secondary level

Trained Graduate Teacher (Computer Science)

• Bachelor's degree in computer application (BCA) from a recognized university (OR)
• Graduation in computer science from a recognized university (provided that the computer science subject must be studied in all years as the main subject) (OR)
• B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology) from a recognized university (OR)
• Graduation in any subject and ‘A’ level course from DOEACC, Ministry of Information & Communication and Technology, Govt. of India

Physical Education Teacher

Graduate with a Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) or its equivalent

Manager (Accounts)

Qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (OR) MCom from a recognized University/Institute

PGT

Graduate/Master's Degree in the concerned subject. Degree/Diploma in Training/Education
