Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has announced 6 vacancies under advt 09/22 for the posts of PGT Economics. The link will be activated for the online registration of DSSSB 6 vacancies with reference to the advt. 09/22 from January 3 to February 1, 2023. The admit card will be released by DSSSB for 09/22 advt. in the month of February and March 2023, tentatively. DSSSB also announced 632 vacancies under advt no. 08/22 for which the recruitment process is going on. DSSSB also rescheduled the dates of Typing/Skill test for the candidates for the Junior Secretariat Assistant (LDC) (44/21) post.

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) is responsible for conducting the recruitment exams for various posts under several departments of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCT of Delhi). DSSSB recruitment exams are conducted every year to fill vacancies for the posts of PGT, TGT, Assistant Teacher (Primary), Assistant Teacher (Nursery)CounselorJr. Secretariat Assistant (LDC), Head Clerk, Patwari, JE, AE, and others.

How to Fill DSSSB Application Form 2022?

Candidates can fill out the application form for DSSSB recruitment on the official website of the board by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Register for DSSSB

To start with, candidates need to register as new users on the official website of the exam. For the same, candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

  • Visit the official website of DSSSB - dsssbonline.nic.in
  • Click on the 'Click for New Registration' Tab
  • Enter the date of birth, class 10th roll number and class 10th passing year
  • Click on Submit
  • Enter name, parent's/spouse's name, gender, nationality, mobile number, email ID and registration password
  • Read the undertaking and click on the checkbox at the bottom of the page
  • Click on Submit
  • Note down the DSSSB registration number and password 
  • Click on Proceed

  • Visit the official website of DSSSB
  • Enter the registration number, password and code visible on the screen
  • Click on Sign in
  • Click on the Apply tab

  • Enter present and permanent address
  • Select category
  • Click on the Declaration checkbox

  • Upload scanned images of photo, signature, left thumb impression and right thumb impression as per the specifications mentioned below:

Step 3: Pay DSSSB Application Fee 2022

Once the application form is filled, candidates need to pay the application fee in online mode (through SBI e-pay) as per the post they are applying for. DSSSB application fee for a majority of the posts is INR 100. Also, women candidates and applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disability (PwD), and Ex-serviceman category are exempted from paying the application fee.

DSSSB Exam Eligibility 2022

DSSSB Eligibility criteria vary as per the post a candidate applies for under the official notification. However, the basic parameters that candidates need to fulfil in order to meet DSSSB eligibility 2022 for different posts are given below:

Librarian

  • Degree from a recognized University or Equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Diploma in Library Science or a recognized University/ Institute or Equivalent
  • Experience of Two Years in Library/ computerization of a Library (OR) One year Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institute or
    equivalent

Assistant Teacher (Nursery)

  • Senior Secondary School (Class Twelve) certificate or Intermediate or its equivalent with at least 45% marks from a recognized Board/ University
  • Diploma/ Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education programme of a duration of not less than two years or B.Ed. (Nursery) from a recognized Institute

A: Yes, the DSSSB application form 2022 has been released on January 3, 2023, under the 09/22 notification. The last date to fill out the form is February 1, 2023. The DSSSB Application Form is released by Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board. The DSSSB Recruitment is done all around the year. Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) is responsible for conducting the recruitment exams for various posts under several departments of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCT of Delhi). Q. When the application form for Librarian and Assistant Teacher was released?

A. The application form for Librarian, AssistanTeachers (Nursery), TGT(Computer Science), Physical Education Teacher and Domestic Science Teacher has been released with reference to advt. 08/22. The application was open from October 19 to November 18. DSSSB exam pattern 2022 is fixed by the board to select candidates for the vacant posts. While some positions are filled through the one-tier exam, some are filled through two-tier exams. The DSSSB Exam Pattern is divided into three stages – One Tier exam, Two-Tier exam (comprising Tier-I and Tier-II) and Skill Test. In the DSSSB exam, one mark is allotted for every correct answer and there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

Q: What is the application fee for the DSSSB exam?

A: The DSSSB application fee for the unreserved category is INR 100 and there is no fee for the reserved categories including SC/ ST/ PwD/ Females. Candidates are required to pay the fee online.
