RBI Assistant handwritten declaration needs to be uploaded at the time of filling the application form. Handwritten declaration is a text prescribed by the examination authority that candidates need to write in their own handwriting on a white paper and upload it during filling the RBI Assistant application form. RBI Assistant handwritten declaration needs to be uploaded in PDF form. The educational qualification for RBI Assistant has been given below for the candidates. The candidates who want to appear for the RBI Assistant exam must fulfill the educational qualification eligibility criteria for the RBI Assistant exam:

a)The candidates who want to appear in the RBI Assistant exam must have completed graduation

b) The candidates have to secure the minimum percentage to appear for RBI Assistant exam

Candidates must have passed graduation from any discipline with 50 per cent. This percentage is relaxed for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Such candidates must have passed graduation with pass class. Candidates must have the knowledge of computers.

 

 

 

RBI Assistant notification does not mention about accepting the degree obtained through distance education. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50 per cent marks (pass class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on PC. A candidate belonging to Ex-servicemen category (except dependents of ex-servicemen) should either be a graduate from a recognised University or should have passed the matriculation or its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15 years of defence service. Candidates applying for post in a particular recruiting Office should be proficient in the language (i.e., know to read, write, speak and understand the language) of the state/ any of the states falling under the recruiting Office.

Candidates, who are in the final semester/year of graduation can also apply provisionally subject to the condition if called for an interview, they need to produce proof of having passed the graduation. 

At times due to the heavy load at the server, the official website becomes slow for which candidates find difficulty in accessing the RBI Assistant admit card page. Therefore, candidates should re-login to download the RBI Assistant admit card within an interval of 5 minutes. Candidates are advised to download the admit card at night. Candidates need to download their admit cards by logging with the required credentials. Candidates need to download their admit cards online as the hard copy of it will not be sent by post. Candidates need to carry the printed copy of the admit card along with one photo-identity proof to the exam centre. Candidates can retrieve the password by clicking the 'Forgot Password' tab. To retrieve the password, candidates need to enter certain details. The verification link to retrieve the password will be sent to the registered email ID of the candidates. After verification, the password is retrieved. The selection process includes preliminary and Mains exams followed by a Language Proficiency Test (LPT). The prelims exam is divided into three sections English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. The total marks allotted to the test are 100. The total duration of the preliminary exam is 60 minutes. The Mains exam carries questions from Test of Reasoning, Test of English Language, Test of Numerical Ability, Test of General Awareness and Test of Computer Knowledge. The total marks allotted to the test are 200. The marks of the Mains exam are taken into consideration for the final merit list. Candidates qualifying the Mains exam are called for LPT.
