Uploading of Photograph and Signature 

Candidates need to upload their photograph and signature as given below:

• Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)

• Size of file should be between 20KB and 50 KB

• Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50KB

Signature

• Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)

• Size of file should be between 10 KB and 20 KB

• Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 20 KB

Filling the detailed application form 

Once candidates are done with uploading the photograph and signature, they need to enter the educational qualification, choose exam centre for preliminary and mains exam etc.

Before final submission, candidates should preview the application form and make corrections if any. After final submission, candidates will not be allowed to make any changes in the application form. 

Fee payment 

• The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets

RBI Assistant handwritten declaration needs to be uploaded while filling the application form. The handwritten declaration should be written in the candidate's own handwriting and should be uploaded in PDF form. By submitting the handwritten declaration, candidates declare that the details provided in the application form are correct and valid. Specifications for RBI Assistant Handwritten Declaration

• The applicants need to write the declaration in English clearly on white paper with black ink
• The file should be in jpg/jpeg
• The dimension of the handwritten declaration should be 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height)
• The file size should be 50 kb-100 kb

To apply for RBI Assistant exam, candidates need to fulfill the required eligibility criteria. According to RBI Assistant eligibility, candidates should be between 20 and 28 years. According to RBI Assistant eligibility, they must have born between February 2, 1994 and February 1, 2002 (Both days are inclusive). Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided to candidates belonging to the reserved categories. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50 per cent marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the aggregate. They should also have the knowledge of word processing on Personal Computer (PC). Candidates should be proficient in the language (i.e. know to read, write, speak and understand the language) of the state or any of the states they are applying for. Candidates, who are in the final semester/year of graduation can also apply provisionally subject to the condition if called for an interview, they need to produce proof of having passed the graduation. RBI Assistant Age Limit: To apply for RBI Assistant recruitment exam, candidates must meet the age limit which is between 20 and 28 years. Relaxation in the age limit is given to candidates belonging to reserved categories.
