RBI Grade B Dates 2025: The Reserve Bank of India will soon announce RBI Grade B Phase 2 result. The Phase 2 exam was held on December 6, 2025. Shortlisted candidates will appear for the Interview. The Interview will be conducted in January 2026. The final result will be announced after the completion of the interview.

Q:   Is the interview conducted for all the posts of RBI Grade B?

Yes, interview is conducted for all posts. Candidates for interview are selected based on their marks in Phase-II, Paper-II, and Paper-III marks. Those selected for the interview are also required to appear for Psychometric Test. Candidates can appear for Interview either in Hindi or English. Interview carries 75 marks. 

Q:   When will RBI Grade B cutoff and scorecard be released?
A: 
RBI Grade B cutoff and scorecard are released within a fortnight after the declaration of the result. The section-wise and overall cut offs of RBI Grade B are made available in PDF form the different categories. The cutoffs are calculated after normalising the marks of candidates. Based on the cut off marks, candidates are selected for the subsequent rounds of selection process.
Q:   What is RBI Grade B eligibility?
A: 
Candidates applying for RBI Grade B recruitment should be between 21 and 30 years as per the eligibility criteria. Candidates belonging to the reserved categories are given relaxation in the upper age limit. For M.Phil and Ph.D. the upper age limit is 32 and 34, respectively. The educational qualification required for RBI Grade B is Graduation. Candidates need to secure the required minimum percentage of marks in Graduation. Candidates must secure 60 per cent in graduation (50 per cent for SC/ST/PwBD applicants). There is a limit on the number of attempts in RBI Grade B exam. Candidates belonging to the general category are permitted only six attempts. There is no limit in the number of attempts for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS candidates. RBI Grade B exam is conducted online only for General post. The Paper 1 of RBI Grade B exam is conducted online and carries questions from General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning. The Phase 2 of RBI Grade B exam is conducted online. In Paper 1 of Phase 2 exam, candidates need to answer the questions in the descriptive paper with the help of the keyboard. Candidates joining to the post of RBI Grade B Officer are promoted to Manager, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, Chief General Manager, Executive Director and Deputy Governor. RBI Grade B Phase-I exam was conducted in two shifts- 10:15 AM-12:15 PM and 14:15 PM -16:15 PM. The Phase 1 exam of RBI Grade B consists of four sections-General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning. The language of the question paper will be in English and Hindi. Total marks allotted to the test are 200. The mains exam of RBI Grade B is conducted in one shift. Candidates qualifying the phase 1 exam are called for the phase 2 exam.
