For posts under the specialist category, which are permanent position in SBI, an online written test is carried out. The result is released after the assessment process is over. The SBI SO result for online test is declared on the basis of the aggregate marks and cut off. Selected candidates are called for the interview.

In SBI SO recruitment, Interview is common for all posts, permanent or contractual.
