Candidate must have completed graduation in any faculty of any University in Maharashtra or equivalent and secure the above mentioned aggregate percentage (40% for SC and ST Category and 42% VJNT, SBC, OBC, Category belonging to State of Maharashtra). Candidate who has passed the U.G degree of 3 years and 2/3 years P.G degree from University with regular studies at secondary and higher secondary schooling with +2 higher Secondary Pass Certificate or First Degree Certificate by distance or correspondence are also eligible to apply. Post Graduate Diploma will not be considered as Post Graduate Degree. Candidate who has passed the qualifying examination in a single sitting examination without having basic qualifications of (10+2+3) is not eligible. Candidate from the open University having a degree contrary of the U.G.C. Act and regulations are not eligible for admission. Candidate appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible.

Amolakchand Vidhi Mahavidyalaya courses are approved by eminent Government bodies such as BCI. The combined seats available for various programmes provided by Amolakchand Vidhi Mahavidyalaya goes up to 720.

There are certain seats reserved for SC, ST and other reserved categories. Below-mentioned is the reservation policy for UG, PG, and PhD courses:

The Maharashtra National Law University application window is open. Candidates who want to pursue higher education at NLU Nagpur must appear for the course-specific entrance exam accepted by the institute. After qualifying for the course-specific entrance exams such as CLAT. Candidates must apply for the counselling process. Yes, you can get admission in  Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University with 60% in Class 12th. On the contrary, the candidates belonging to the general category should have cleared their 12th or equivalent examination from a recognised board and attained 45%. The minimum percentage of marks for the SC/ST/OBC category is 40%. If wishing to pursue an LLM programme through BVP CET law 202 should have an LLB degree from any of the recognised institutions. The BVP CET law 2024 application fee is Rs 1,200. Candidates ca4n submit the application fee online using debit card, credit card or net banking options.
