Post Graduate Diploma will not be considered as Post Graduate Degree. Candidate who has passed the qualifying examination in a single sitting examination without having basic qualifications of (10+2+3) is not eligible. Candidate from the open University having a degree contrary of the U.G.C. Act and regulations are not eligible for admission. Candidate appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible.
