- DAVV exam centre is allotted to candidates as per their preferences
- In case there is no seat in the preferred exam centre, candidates are allotted to the next centre
- The university reserves the right to change the cities of entrance test
- Candidates should the exam city as per their convenience and proximity
- Candidates cannot change DAVV exam centre once it is allotted to them
- Candidates should at their own interest check DAVV exam centre a day before the exam to avoid any hassle on the exam day
- After the entrance test is conducted, the qualified candidates are called for DAVV Counselling 2021. The counselling is held in offline mode at Indore only.

Students have to pay a Caution Fee of INR 4000 for B.E. admission at Institute of Engineering & Technology, Devi Ahilya Vishvavidhalaya. This fee is included in the first fee installement of INR 49,000 that has to be paid at the time of admission.
