IIFT 2023 application process
IIFT 2023 registration process is underway. The application window will close on November 14, so candidates must complete the process before the last date. The IIFT registration cum application process can be completed at the NTA-IIFT website. The IIFT 2023 exam will be conducted on December 18. This year, there is no change in the exam pattern or syllabus.
Any candidate who has a graduation degree or is in the final year of bachelor’s degree can appear for the entrance exam. IIFT offers MBA in International Business programme through the entrance exam. The institute has recently launched MBA in Business Analytics admission to which will also be done though the IIFT entrance exam.

IIFT 2023 Application Process
The IIFT application form 2023 can be filled in online mode only. Candidates need to fill the forms at the NTA-IIFT website. Check the process below.
The address of exam centre will not be mentioned on the IIFT application form. It will be mentioned on the candidate’s IIFT admit card. Candidates must check the location and address of their test centre at least a day before the exam to ensure they know the total time taken and distance between their home and exam centre as they have to reach the test centre as per the reporting time mentioned in the IIFT admit card. Candidates will have to make their own arrangement to reach the allotted exam centre on time. If they reach the exam centre after the gates have been closed, then you will not be allowed to enter.
No, candidates seeking admission to Executive PGDM programmes of IIFT Delhi are not required to take any exam. The institute shortlist candidates based on aggregate in the last qualifying exam (degree course) and work experience. These shortlisted candidates are further called for the group discussion and personal interview round by the institute. The interview round is conducted on the IIFT Delhi campus.
IIFT exam fee for candidates of different categories is different. Check category-wise IIFT application fees below.
- General/OBC candidates: INR 2,500
- SC/ST/PH candidates: INR 1,000
- Foreign National/NRI/Children of NRI candidates: US $200 (INR 15,000)
The IIFT application fee is to be paid at the time of application form filling. Candidates can fill the application form on a particular day and pay the fee later. However, they need to pay the fee before the form submission deadline to be eligible for the IIFT exam. Applications for which fee is not paid, will not be accepted and the candidates will not be eligible to appear in the exam. The exam fee is non-refundable so candidates must not expect fee refund in case of not appearing for the exam or filling the form again due to errors in first one.
IIFT Delhi accepts CAT scores for MBA (IB & BA) specialisations. Earlier the admission was through the IIFT exam. However, in an official notification, the institute has announced that will accept the national-level exam score now. After the conclusion of the entrance test, candidates shall be shortlisted for further selection rounds. Shortlisted candidates are further required to participate in the written test, group discussion and personal interview round. The final selection is done based on overall performance in the selection rounds.
Yes, the part-time PhD course candidates need to visit the IIFT Delhi campus on weekends. The classes are conducted for this course on weekends at the institute. It is necessary that the enrolled candidates take classes and appear for them as per the schedule given by the institute. The schedule is provided by IIFT. It shall be uploaded on its official website (iift.ac.in) as well. Aspirants can also visit the campus in person to enquire regarding the same.
